Please check out this page for instructions in case:

- you forgot your password
- you want to update/ change your password.
- you forgot the e-mail used to register the account.
 

If you still can't login: 

1. Clear cache
- Close the Browser and open it again.
- Go back to the email we sent.
- Click the link.
- Click "Load Anyway" on the security warning that pops up. 
 

2. Make sure your cookies aren't blocked in your browser.
If you have blocked your cookies you won't be able to use Wix.
You can find instructions about your browser cookie depending on your browser here.
 

Please note- If you are having problems with resetting your password, please follow these steps:
 
If you use Firefox or Chrome and you let your browser save your passwords, you can try to retrieve your login details.
For Firefox, go to Options --> Security --> Saved Passwords.
For Chrome, go to Options --> Settings--> click on "Show advanced settings" on the bottom of the page --> under Passwords and forms, click Manage Saved Passwords -> click a password -> Show.

    Wix deleted my site

    I have logged in and WIX is saying that I dont have a site??? I have created a site and paid for a premium service and it has deleted my site ???!!

      I can see that the account you contacted us from doesn't contain any websites. 

       

      To detect your other account we will need one of the following:

      -email address

      -username

      -name of the website

      -name of your domain

    I need help finding out my login or registered email because there isn't any place to get password reset or login with username only.  Your site only allows login with email which I don't remember what it was registered to.  All of the emails I use fail on login and say they are not registered with wix.  I created the pages and a login or else I wouldn't still have content on wix.com...  the url is: http://dajdanieljohnson.wix.com/storagerescue

      In order to receive proper support we ask you to correctly connect your domain to the Wix servers as this would guarantee the integrity of your site’s design and layout.

      In addition, please bear in mind that Google Analytics and search engine crawlers can only work properly with your site when your domain is correctly connected to our servers.

    Hello,

    Usually my browser remembers my wix login details and automatically logs me in, but it seems my cache has been cleared and now I am having issues logging in as I am not sure what email or password was used to set up the account. The 2 active sites associated with the account are www.jeymanagement.com and www.you-live.com these are both active via pointing.

    I need to change some details on the you-live site asap as well as print out the most recent invoice for premium features.

      Hi,

       

      Both sites are located in the same account, assigned to the following email address: info@jeymanagement.com

       

      If you do not recall your password, you can use the recovery tool located in the log in window.

       

      You can view your package and domain invoices and all of the transactions related to your account at anytime.

       

      To view your invoice:

       

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. Under My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. From Billing and Payment, next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Invoices, click View.
      6. Click an invoice from the list to view it.

       

      Your invoice opens in a new browser window/tab.

       

      Click Print to print your invoices.

       

      For more billing information, click here.

    I can't log into mu account.  I get error for password and/or log-in-name.  My account was recently managed by a third party to consolidate domain issues.  I think my account got screwed up in process.  I know my old alternate email address and the password but it doesn't work

    I have changed my password and then followed all of the steps for Chrome, and I still cannot log in - it keeps saying that I'm entering the incorrect password, but I'm not. I haven't been able to log in for over a week now. I got the Action Required email asking me to confirm contact info and I can't as I still cannot log in.

    I have tried logging into my account, but it appears I have forgotten the password. I requested an email be sent to re-set my password, and it claims that an email was sent, but I never received it. 

    I had to create a new account just to send this message, but I have done so much work on my website fro my other account, so I would really like to be able to access it.
