Please check out this page for instructions in case:

- you forgot your password
- you want to update/ change your password.

If you still can't login: 

1. Clear cache
- Close the Browser and open it again.
- Go back to the email we sent.
- Click the link.
- Click "Load Anyway" on the security warning that pops up. 
 

2. Make sure your cookies aren't blocked in your browser.
If you have blocked your cookies you won't be able to use Wix.
You can find instructions about your browser cookie depending on your browser here.
 

Please note- If you are having problems with resetting your password, please follow these steps:
 
If you use Firefox or Chrome and you let your browser save your passwords, you can try to retrieve your login details.
For Firefox, go to Options --> Security --> Saved Passwords.
For Chrome, go to Options --> Settings--> click on "Show advanced settings" on the bottom of the page --> under Passwords and forms, click Manage Saved Passwords -> click a password -> Show.

    I have tried clearing my cache, etc.  However, I am trying to login using my e-mail, PCNBucks@gmail.com and my password is not working.  When I try to retrieve it, I get an error message that says that email is not registered with WIX, so I cannot retrieve whatever password I have set (although I swear I am using the right one).  Please assist in helping me get into my account.  I have gone through all the channels suggested, as this has happened before. I appreciate your prompt attention in helping me get into my account.

    I 'pointed' my URL to my wix account and now cannot access the manager page because I cannot locate my log in info.

    login/unregistered e-mail address

    I am trying to log in to my account but my password does not work, and I am given an message that says my e-mail address is "unregistered."  I really need to get into my account, please. Thanks for your help!

    ok I just received a email on changing my password I did that and that did not work.

    I was signed in under my facebook page that is not where I would like to sign in at. Here

    is my web address, www.tasteritefoodtruck.com, and my email to that page is darry@tasteritefoodtruck.com. For some reason I'm not getting my emails, so can you send me a contact number to chef@ritewaycatering.com. That would save a lot of time and that would me good for your customer service, because at this point I would like to close this account, but I paid a friend to set it up for me.

      Please use the 'forgot password' option in the Login button:

       
      1. Go to Wix.com.
      2. Click Login/Sign Up.
      3. From the Login screen, under Password, click Forgot password.
      4. From the Forgot Your Password? screen, in the Email: field, type the email that you use to login to Wix.
      5. Click GO.
       
      An email will be sent to you with instructions and a link to update your password.
       
      If you use Firefox or Chrome, and you allowed your browser to save your passwords, you can try to retrieve your login details:

    I have a Wix website with the URL www.simran.com. I have not accessed this website on the Wix site for some time and cannot remember how to do it. So, I need my log-on information and password. I am able to log on under my personal email address (drdonnewton@gmail.com) and password but that doesn't give me access to my website.

    I have a friend Colin Beard who is my photography mentor.  Colin is 74 years old and not that internet savvy.  He was the primary Photography Master Lecturer at the Sunshine Coast School of Photography, Australia with Kate O'Rielly.  He has finished working there and is now unable to get into his website to update it and Kate had it set up initially for him and she has told him she doesn't have the login details.  Could you please contact Colin (like I said he's not too computer savvy hence why I am trying to help him).   His current email  address is cbeardfoto@gmail.com  his WIX website is http://www.colin-beard.com  his phone number is 0439764250
