If you are experiencing any of the following issues while creating/viewing your mobile website, please post in this thread here:

iPhone issues:
-Grid gallery crashes Safari browser
-Very slow loading time
-Switching between pages is slow
-Wix ads so at the bottom of the screen (3GS only)
-certain fonts aren't displayed


Android Galaxy issues:
-Fonts not applied within paragraph text
-Google Maps have navigation/zoom issues
-Difficulty with eCommerce gallery
-Left part of the site is cut
-Youtube Autoplay doesn't work
Soundlcoud Audioplayer doesn't work
Contact form loses focus when trying to type in the fields

      Thank you for contacting Wix support! 

      In most cases, upload issues are related to a local misconfiguration of certain settings on your computer, or to your internet connection.

      Please follow these steps in order to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing:

      1. Try uploading other images. Is this issue isolated to specific images? If so, please email us the problematic images.
      2. Make sure the file name does not contain any special characters.
      3. Clear your browser's cache of "Everything". 
      4. Log out of your Wix account, restart your browser and then log into your Wix account and try again.
      5. Try using other browsers to open Wix. Recommended browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and either IE or Safari (depending on whether you use a PC or a MAC).
      6. If you connect to the internet through a router, please try connecting directly through the modem.
      7. Try temporarily disabling your internet security programs and try again (i.e. antivirus, firewall, etc.). It is preferable to try this while still connected to the modem directly. This is meant to assist us in determining the source of the problem that you're facing.
      8. Try connecting to Wix from a different computer that uses a different internet connection.

      Finally, if you are still having issues, please contact us. Let us know exactly which steps you tried and what worked or didn't work.

    Original problem as per screenshot still applies when using Chrome. At least I can now edit site using IE9 but would very much like to have Chrome working as well.

    @totostig, We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please continue using IE9 to edit your Mobile Site while we check your issue. We will inform you once we have an update regarding your issue.

    Originally, problem appeared on both my laptops using Chrome and IE9. Now works using IE9 but not with Chrome!

    When editing a page by loading a pic the gallery partially appears behind the original page and I cannot select image.

    When I select a page on mobile editor, then select "add a Photo" the gallery of pics is partially hidden behind original page and buttons not visible. Need to be able to update with new pics urgently.

    mobile phone

    Good day, I am having some difficulties with my site, it seems that I am unable to access it from a mobile phone.

    The video stops and the page is extremely slow as it loads. I have had several people contact me saying that they were unable to use the menu from their phone.

    Also my title page is totally wrong from my desktop page, I need this fixed as soon as possible due to professional reasons.

    If it cannot be resolved soon I will have to be forced to cancel my monthly subscription and inform others about the errors of this site.

    I believe that you are all working hard to provide great service and I appreciate it, so I ask that you take this matter seriously and resolve it soon. Thank you.

    Mobile account

    I have created my mobile website, however it is not working. It does not appear when you log on iphone or ipad?

    please help
