Its been few days I have been using wix and working on to create http://microtechgroup.wix.com/nepal. The website is loading fine on my desktop but I am having problem to browse it on my symbian phone, I get a blank page (but title address of my website is shown on tab). I tried it to open on another android phone then it loaded the web version instead of mobile version. One of friend was also complaining me that the website is not loading on his android phoane. I wanted to know if symbian phones are not compatible to browse wix mobile sites or is there any problem with my website. I tried to browse few other wix websites too and got the same blank page.
Waiting for reply!

I am experiencing problems viewing my mobile website, http://l43113.wix.com/okobojientertainment from a phone. My website displays its mobile view when I am using my iPhone 5, but my friends who have Android (Samsung) phones don't see the mobile site....they see the full website. I have my Wix website linked to the app called Layar. It is an augmented reality app that allows a person to scan an object, in this case a little business card, and then it will take them to a site. The site that it takes them to is my Wix site but I want only my mobile view to be available for viewing. Can you please assist me in answering why my mobile site appears when using an iPhone but Android phones do not default in showing the optimized mobile viewing of my site.

Hi, I have a similiar problem that you replied back to another poster's question. I currently have the Wix Premium site that is using Flash. I need to rebuild the site w/ the new HTML5 template so it would be compatible for mobil devices. Not sure exactly how to switch from the new site build once I’m done with it to make it go live. Do I just plug in the domain names and setting and such just like before? (I have my Domain/server through GoDaddy).
Do I then delete the old site? I won't be charged the annual fee that I already paid for the old flash site w/ the new rebuilt site? Thanks.

I can see that all your sites under your account are Flash sites. Please note that Flash is relatively an old technology and it is not supported in new apple and android devices.
If you wish to create a site which is mobile compatible, you will need to rebuild your site using the HTML Editor which automatically creates a mobile optimized version of your site from the contents of your desktop HTML site.
You can start building a new HTML site by either using a template or starting from scratch. For information about how to create a site from a template click here. For information about how to create a site from scratch click here.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know. ]

When accessing my site from a mobile device I get the "update your flash player" message.
I have updated my site to HTML5 a while ago and really need my site to work on mobile devices.

I have problems with certain phones can not enter my entire website (www.ejderstedts.se yes, I am aware that there is a lot of data) for some can see everything while others only see the header.
We have tested with several different mobiles and some work error free and others not, we have also seen that these mobiles are of newer kinds (up to 2 years old models with both 3G and 4G) is updated to the latest vertionen both the operating system that the browser app .
We currently disabled mobiloptimeringen because we do not have time for it, so we are letting any visitor entering the regular site no matter the media (tablet, phone, computer), but we want to be self-evident to all who wish to visit our website shall see it, and not just the header
What to do?
