My mobile page's "About" section is not picking up everything in the "Founder" section. One is correct and the other is a blank box. Please help me figure out how to fix this problem.

I was able to locate the issue you were describing and I've fixed it, the text displays properly now.

When moving from your Desktop Editor to your Mobile Editor, certain objects and apps may be hidden automatically.

You can add these objects back to your site by clicking the eye icon from the left side of your Editor to open Hidden Items. Click here for more information about the Mobile Editor.

Your pages are extremely long - and they embed alot of third party cotent from other pages - this embedded content takes time to load. They also include many images. I'd recommend to use lists and item pages to spread the content  around instead of having it in a single page.

The List Builder allows you to create and manage lists on your site.  Click here for more information or watch the video below.

Regarding the mobile view - it is currently only optimized for mobiles - on tablets the desktop site will show up - this currently cannot be changed,

Hi, is it possible to use finger to enlarge photo from iphone if my site is published with “Enable an optimized Mobile view of my site”?

My website is http://perfiximage.wix.com/product and currently I disable the  “Enable an optimized Mobile view of my site” in order to be able to enlarge photos.

      Hi Anthony,

Using the Mobile optimized view you can only enlarge images in a gallery.

You can do it by opening the Gallery Settings and under When clicking on image, selecting Enter expand mode.

Click here for more information regarding the Optimized Mobile View.

      Have a great day,

My header is not adjustable nor can I edit it or the location of the menu. They are completely messed up in the mobile site...how can I fix?

    • Tom Wix Team

Replied by Tom March 21, 2014

The Menu was located right on the border between the Header and Page which is what was making it un-clickable in the Editor. I adjusted the Header's height and made it a slight longer and you can now click on the Menu from the Editor:

Please note that I did not Publish your site.

If you require any further assistance in the future please don't hesitate to contact us again.
