If the issue still persists, please send us a screenshot of how you see it on your mobile device and also specify what device and browser are you using.

Hi, my mobile site won't display or function on my iPhone 5. All I can see is the mobile menu top right and one key line. That's it. The links in the mobile menu don't link through to any content.

    The website version is Catinthecotswolds2.

I think the font I've chosen may be an issue, but nothing is displaying at all across the whole site.

Thanks in anticipation for your help.

    Hi there,

My mobile site doesn't come up at all. Why is that?

Is it possible that my images are too large in size?

    Thanks for your help

Any change you make to your website will automatically be updated for the mobile version of your site.

Regarding the music stream, unfortunately this is not a feature - Wix doesn't support live music streaming at the moment. Please feel free to vote for this feature in this thread and make it happen!

Any text box or title has a font size option in the text editor that you can play around with. Simply double click the text and change the font size to suit your needs.

Also, it seems that you built your site outside of the suggested gridlines.

Gridlines appear inside your editor to help you build your site's layout. Currently your site is fixed at 980px in order to accommodate the largest number of internet users that will be visiting your site. You will want to place all of your site's content inside the Gridlines to ensure its compatibility across different browsers and devices.

Checkout the video below to learn more about our Gridlines feature that will help you with your site's layout.

The gridlines do not appear on your live site - they are there as a guide that can help you map and design your site better. To remove the gridlines, simply click on the gridlines icon from the top menu.

      Best regards

I checked your site using an iPhone 4s and it looks great.

However, you haven't enabled the mobile optimize view, so the site is on desktop mode.

      To activate Optimized Mobile View:

      1. From the left side of the Mobile Editor, click the gear icon to open Mobile Settings.
      2. From Mobile Settings, click Mobile View.
      3. Click the toggle icon to enable the Optimized Mobile View.

The toggle icon will be marked red when the Optimized Mobile View is off and green when Optimized Mobile View is on.

      4. Click Done.

In case you are still facing difficulties, please provide us a screenshot of the site on your iPhone 4s device.

Thank you for your answer. I realized what the problem was. I have another domais redirecting to my wix website. If I used that domain instead of directly going to my wix website it would appear thin/small. The Optimized Mobile View isn't enabled because I decided not to use it, so that no one would have that problem.

      Thanks again,

    Hi there,

I'm trying to do a layout for my mobile page and I'm having alot of difficulty moving images I want to the front. For example, I'm trying to get my text and logo on top of a black box used as a background.  When I click on the text or logo and say "bring forward" it's just not responding and continues to sit behind my black background.  Any chance there is some glitch?

    • Alina Wix Team

Replied by Alina April 23, 2014

This is happening  because your image and the text boxes are not properly attached to the black box.

Please move the boxes to the header and then add them to the box again. You will see the 'Attach to Box' sign. You can see the steps in the screenshots below.
