One email address costs 4.95$/month (or 48.96$ for the yearly savings plan).

You can choose from 1-20 email addresses at first and you can always add more mailboxes for this domain later.

    Do you allow email aliases or mailboxes with one user? So, if I get one mailbox and have two addresses like 'info' and 'office', can it count as one account? The Google Apps Email service says:

    What counts as a user? We consider a user to be the same as the number of distinct email inboxes you need. One user can have multiple email addresses, and a domain can have multiple aliases (see more here) - these are included in the price for each user.  http://www.google.co.uk/enterprise/apps/business/pricing.html

    Do you consider each email address alias as a new user to pay for? In that case your email service offer sounds dishonest. This is effectively false advertisement and hidden information about pricing for email boxes before purchase, this is unfair trading. How can one make a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading on you? You charge UK VAT, so you should abide by UK laws in adverting and marketing.

      Emails sent from the alias mail address will show as sent from that alias address.

    hello, if i pay for google mailbox user, how many sub-users does it include? if i buy one email lets say

    xxxxxx@hotel.com, do i get for free the sub users like joe@hotel.com, office@hotel.com, info@hotel.com  ? or do i have to pay for 3 accounts??

    Extremely disappointed. I switched over to you because I thought I would be getting a better deal. It cost me over $100 for a premium account and now I have to spend $100 more for email? My other host charges $100 flat for everything!!! and unlimited emails. I feel ripped off

    Hello, 

    I have purchased 2 emails name, related to my domain name, but I cannot set up the second one, it seems there has been a mistake during the set-up of the 2 e-mails adress.

    Any help?

      If you purchased a Google Apps email via Wix, you can access it easily from within your Wix account. To manage your mail box please go to SubscriptionsMailboxes.

       

      You can also sign into your mailbox through Gmail.com. Simply enter your entire Google Apps email address, including @mydomain.com, and your password.

      Please note: If you already have a Google Apps account or a Gmail account, you will be asked by default to login to that account. In this case:
      1. Click on Sign in with a different account.
      2. Click Add Account.
      3. Insert your full admin username- user@domain.com .

    Is it possible to upgrade from monthly to yearly plan after having purchased the monthly plan?

    If yes, how?

      Hey,

       

      Currently there is no option to change the payment cycle. Once you have selected a payment cycle you will not be able to change this. If you select yearly you will not be able to change to a monthly cycle and vice versa.

    I'm confused about my email account. It says it expires on the 26th of June, is this correct? If so, how do I extend it please?

      Please note: When you sign up for a Google Apps email service, you are automatically billed for the renewal of the email service on either a monthly or yearly basis depending on the package purchased until it is cancelled.

    it a pity you trying to connie customers that emails are free for premium customer, the price only came up when you trying to set up the email account. i am not approved

    If I set up several email addresses for our company using the Google Apps Email purchased through WIX, will we be able to login to those emails from the gmail.com page or will we have to go through WIX?

    Hello,

    i only found out now, after purchasing a premium account that i have to pay 4.9 US for emails?

    I n my eyes that is far too much ans should be always included in the hosting amount.

    Please let me know if you will give me a refund on my prepayment as i like to move hosting to another company.

      Purchasing an email hosting through Wix is not mandatory. You can also purchase it through a different email host if you prefer.

    I have a question, why do I find out that it actually costs FIRST when I come so far that I ad a what you are promoting as a free / premium service? 
    It stinks a bit like false advertising

      The Wix design platform is totally free for any user.



      We do have a premium offer for a small fee that enables our users to get more storage and bandwidth if they need it, the option to remove the Wix tags, and the option to connect their Wix design to their own domain name.

      If you don’t need any of these options then you can use it for free as much as you like.

      There is no confusion, you left out relevant info, thats it, its NOT a free or premium service, its Google service witch costs money, that should be very clear in both management screen and appmarket.
      When you put it as you did now you letting people think that google mail is a part of premium account which i have.

      We respectfully disagree. No where in our advertisements does it say that we provide email hosting for free, nor that it is included in a premium plan.

      To avoid future misunderstandings, pls include price in everything which costs extra and include that detail in info.
      If you insist, free/premium/(INCLUDE PRICE)
