To set up additional mailboxes: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, click Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage.
From Mail Boxes Summary, under Manage Settings, click Login to admin control panel > sign into your account > click Users > click the add user icon to create a new user.
 

You will be able to set up your new mailboxes directly from this section of Google's Control Panel.

    Cannot open additional email account

    Dear all, 

    I can't add additional (2nd) email account, i can't select my domain.  

    Please help.

    I can add my new wix supported google app email account to my MAIL email. I can ony use it in Google mail which is no use to me   It seems i dont have the right reception  server. Please can you help? If I can't use it in my Mail it's of no use to me. Thank you

      Hi,

      If you're referring to connecting an email client such as Microsoft's Outlook or Apple's Mail, please note that you can either use POP3 or IMAP, as Google's mail services support it.

      POP and IMAP is what allows you to download messages from Gmail's servers onto your computer so you can access your mail with a program like Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird, even when you aren't connected to the Internet.

       

      You can also import it to another web mail client, such as Gmail.

      You can check out Google's troubleshooter here: https://support.google.com/mail/troubleshooter/1668960?hl=en

       

      Here are POP3 setup settings (for example) taken from the troubleshooter:

       

      Standard configuration instructions:

      Incoming Mail (POP3) Server - requires SSL: pop.gmail.com
      Use SSL: Yes
      Port: 995
      Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - requires TLS or SSL: smtp.gmail.com
      Use Authentication: Yes
      Port for TLS/STARTTLS: 587
      Port for SSL: 465
      Server timeouts Greater than 1 minute, we recommend 5
      Full Name or Display Name: [your name]
      Account Name or User Name: your full email address (including @gmail.com or @your_domain.com)
      Email Address: your email address (username@gmail.com or username@your_domain.com)
      Password: your Gmail password

    Dear Wix,

    I think I have done something wrong, I already have Google Apps mailbox which I purchased through you. The email address that I currently have is info@keenrooms.com. But I want another mailbox named tenants@keenrooms.com. I have purchased the additional mailbox but I am completely lost in how I can create this email address.

    Please help!

      Have you followed the instructions below:

      To set up additional mailboxes: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, click Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage.

    Dear Wix team, 

    Oops! It seems you already have a Google Apps account... 
    it's a bit of a thing...

    I want to create a new e-mail adres for my client Emy Perez. Build her a website:  emyperez.com. through me she is the owner of this domain. I transferd it from Godaddy to Wix. I just want to add : info@emyperez.com. One account. When i get to the purchase  area it just tells me ''Oops! It seems you already have a Google Apps account... ''

    I do not own nor did i create a  google apps account for the name and domain of Emy Perez.

    Then i tried to log in to this google app account (thinking someone beat me to it.) and it tells me there is no account for this name. So i'm not able to change the password... but because it is already in use i cant make a new one... 

    I'm puzzled... i don't know how to proceed.

      Hi,

       

      If you get this error when trying to purchase a mailbox through Wix, your domain already has an account with Google Apps or it is already listed in Google Apps as an alias, you will not be able to purchase mailboxes through Wix but will have to go directly to Google and set up your account with them. For more information, click here.

      So... i already have an account. So i can't purchase a new e-mail through Wix... but i have to create a new account with Google... 

      How ? Because they are going to tell me that i already have an account. 

      How do i come in contact with Google to verifie me as the real owner of the domain?

    Can't configure a new email address.

    Hi, I've added a new mailbox, which I would like to call "accounts@catterall.co.nz", however I can't figure out how to do it. It takes me through to my existing Gmail inbox which I use for "jason@catterall.co.nz".

    I would like to use this same Google account for the new mailbox, is this possible? If so what do I do once I've logged in to it in order to set up the "accounts" mailbox?

      Hi,

       

      Please note that if you already have a Google Apps account for your domain name, you will not be able to purchase one from Wix. Google does not allow opening two Google Apps accounts for the same domain name.

    Point sourcing and I am trying to buy it under mail box where it says add email and when I select domain pointsourcing.com I get the oops message.

    hi Chloe, i cannot add a new user message I get is "You have reached the 1 user limit for this organization. Please contact your Reseller for further assistance". however, when i am in the Wix and try to add a new user it only give me an option to add email for one domain. Unfortunately that’s not the domain i want to add my email to. Thanks Darko

    I purchased 3 email addresses. I created one, now i can't find how to set up the other 2.

    I purchased 3 email addresses. I set up one - now i need to set up the other 2. Every option i go to just takes me to another purchase page. I don't want to purchase more. please help.
