    Hi animalianation

Unfortunately this is not possible. Currently, the width of your site is fixed at 980px. This size was chosen in order to accommodate the largest number of internet users that will be visiting your site. This is common for the new generation of sites, as it ensures compatibility with the many different smart devices being used today (i.e. iPad users) where you only scroll up or down.

    Best regards

    Hey mmorrel3,

I see that you use a Mac, which might explain the issue. When you take pictures with certain devices, the devices rotate them automatically when you turn your device (iPhone, iPad etc.), and show you the picture in the right way - a nice service :)

When you upload them to your Mac the Mac automatically turns them around so they appear in the right position (another nice service), but there is a code telling the picture to rotate the pic to appear right for you. When you open it on a PC or in a PC program, it will therefore not get that and show rotated. I hope that was clear...

What you need to do is to go to a different edit program. There you will see that it is rotated. Please save the image in the right position. Save it "for web".

Then please go to your editor. If you upload your pic to a gallery then just go ahead, if you want to upload it individually please make sure that the element is not rotated when you upload it.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Sincerely, Leah Wix Team

    Hi

I have imported some images from my file to a set template but they all seem to be coming into the page at the wrong angle, I am aware you are unable to rotate once the image  have been  placed into the page.

please can you advise how to import the image so that it does not need rotating ,

Unfortunately it is not possible to change a template after you started designing your site.

How can I fix a template so that each week when I am updating my website I dont have to spend hours alligning the pictures and text. This is sloppy work. some weeks its working, other weeks the pictures and texts go where ever I dont want them to be. Have a look at www.theempresshotel.com.au and you'll see what I mean. Its not really a template if pictures and texts are in a format.

You can delete a document, but please note that we will not be able to restore it once it's deleted.

    Please follow these steps:
Go to Wix.com -> My Account -> Place your cursor on the document you want to delete -> click the red "X" that appears.

Please note: Deleting a document does not cancel/delete your account.
