If you are a free user, you will be able to visit your site instantly.
If you use your own domain and have already upgraded, you will see your Wix site.

Please be patient,  connecting your domain might take up to 72 hours.

 

Note: In order for the changes that you made in your editor to be published to your live website, you must click publish from the editor every time after you've saved your changes.

    ​I have tried to publish my site numerous times with no success, I have hit the "publish" button 20 times with no changes, please advise

    I had successed connect to my domain dntech.com.vn. After that, I add pages and then publish again, since then my site can not connect. Please check why my site stop working after I publish again? Thanks.

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

      Thanks, Bar. However all of your instruction did not solve the problem. I had found the issue come from Aliases. I need to set Aliases name www.dntech.com.vn to dntech.com.vn, not to Wix site as default. I don't think you had mentioned about this setting in your "Connect to your domain" instruction.  Please review this issue and update your instruction if needed. Thank you.

      I have issue again, can not connect to my domain after I publish an update. Please confirm that any edit to my site will be updated within a few minutes after I press "Publish" and there is no impact to domain setting? It is quite troublesome to be connect and disconnect after an update. Thank you.

      Hi,

      Your name server is not set to Wix. Please contact your registrar and change the name servers to Wix.

    Heyy i am having problems with publishing. i have published my site and then when i go on to the domain it says theres an error, i tried again, twice and there was no change? Help Please?!

      Your pointing configuration in your registrar (not Wix, but your actual domain host) is incorrect. To fix this, please follow the instructions here.

      Hi!

       

      I can see that you have properly assigned your domain to your Premium site, however, the pointing configuration with your registrar isn't updated with the Wix name servers.

       

      In order to complete the domain connection process, please ask your hosting company (where you purchased your domain name from) to point your domain to the Wix server using the following cnames:

       

      ns1.wix.com

      ns2.wix.com

       

      Note that once they have made the changes, the domain can take 72 hours to fully propagate.
