    I just recently published my site (jessicamcrory.com) and I had a domain name from EasyDN's. Every time i would refresh the page it would show the easyDN website holding the spot, but I tried to refresh a tiny bit ago and every time i type in my web address, it changes it to www.www.jessicamcrory.com

    Anyone have any advice or insight on this situation?

    Also, does anyone know when my sight might go live?

    Hi,

    I have pressed publish a heap of times and the confirmation window pops up saying the site is now live but when I try to view it, it says it does not exist..??? 

    Please help!

      My partner and I have both tried on a number of computers and phones to see the site and it still says it does not exist...

      I have cleared my browser's cache and my partner and I still cannot see the site even after trying on multiple devices.

      Can you shed any light on this?

      The .pdf you mentioned was a screen shot of the message that comes up on google when I try to access the web address above.

      I have tried on 5 different computers and other devices and none of them can access it. I have followed all of the instructions I have found to flush the dsn and delete history, cookies, etc but nothing is fixing it.

      Really sorry about this, I'm afraid as the site is pulling up properly on our end (I can also see it online) it's very hard for us to check what is the issue causing this on your end.

       

       

      Have you tried to access the site with a computer using a different internet connection (using another wireless nearby, at a friend etc)?

    i have pressed the publish button, i have bought the upgrade and transferred the domain site.

    I have sent a link to facebook.

    but it only shows a blue screen and search engines do not find my web site

    I need help my site, my domain www.mgiarrusso.com is not connecting and I dont understand why?  Can someone go in and tell me whats wrong?

      Your pointing configuration in your registrar (not Wix, but your actual domain host) is incorrect.
      To fix this, please follow the instructions here

      Advanced: See the DNS records for this domain

       

      If you've already made the necessary changes for your domain to point to Wix, please note that your domain is going through a process called domain propagation. Domain propagation is the process of your registrar handing off the changes of your domain to root DNS servers, ISPs acquire records from the root servers, ISPs to other ISPs and so on until you see the changes reflect on your computer with your internet service provider.

       

      Please note that for all of the changes to take effect can take up to 72 hours from the moment you received the email form your domain hosting company.

      No Eyal, this is not working, it's set up I do not understand this, is there not a representative to assist in this?  The domain was purchased through wix no?  or does one to be purchased?  This is confusing?  My friend has a site through you and did not go through this why am I?

      Who can walk me through this?  I went and did check i put in the numbers where it is supposed to be and still not connecting.  Who can go in and FIX this?

      According to the Whois domain records the domain is registered with dreamhost, you will need to contact them in order to configure the DNS records to direct to your Wix site.

    I had successed connect to my domain dntech.com.vn. After that, I add pages and then publish again, since then my site can not connect. Please check why my site stop working after I publish again? Thanks.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

      Thanks, Bar. However all of your instruction did not solve the problem. I had found the issue come from Aliases. I need to set Aliases name www.dntech.com.vn to dntech.com.vn, not to Wix site as default. I don't think you had mentioned about this setting in your "Connect to your domain" instruction.  Please review this issue and update your instruction if needed. Thank you.

      I have issue again, can not connect to my domain after I publish an update. Please confirm that any edit to my site will be updated within a few minutes after I press "Publish" and there is no impact to domain setting? It is quite troublesome to be connect and disconnect after an update. Thank you.

      Your name server is not set to Wix. Please contact your registrar and change the name servers to Wix.

    Heyy i am having problems with publishing. i have published my site and then when i go on to the domain it says theres an error, i tried again, twice and there was no change? Help Please?!
