Thank you for your positive feed back :)

The html5 websites cannot be adjusted to different display options (such as best fit vs. as it) as a Flash site can for now. We will be adding this feature. For the time being however sites are 980 pixels wide and the length changes.

Regarding tablets, the width of 980 pixels is the standard width for tablet screens. If you are having an issue with site size on tablets please tell us which site, on which tablet is it viewed and what seems to be wrong with it.

    Dear Wix team:

I'm very excited about the new HTML editor. My only concern is that the page size won't adjust to the size of the window, or the monitor. I want people to be able to easily see my portfolio on different monitor sizes, and especially tablets (hence my excitement for WIX html!). The people who look at my website are evenly split between full-sized monitors, small laptops, and tablets. Sadly they're not very impressed with my website not fitting on the screen, or looking like "tunnel vision."

    1. Will self-adjusting pages be an option in the next update (in a few months)?

    2. Do you have any suggestions to get around this problem for now? I'd love to switch from my flash site to an HTML one now.

Thanks for your time! Keep up the awesome work.

Why does my flavicon not show up in any browser? --- - I use Chrome and Firefox - doesn't show up in IE either.

Okay so I've just discovered what the issue is. The other editor is for flash sites. This wasn't immediately obvious. I think maybe it ought to be made a little clearer. I can see that html5 is the way forward and those are the sites I'd like to be building. BUT the editor just isn't on a par (yet) with the flash one. I hope you get it sorted

I just found your site and saw the editor and express editor, which seemed to have great functions and really easy to use. I watched the videos and got ready to start. THEN I started to create a site having chosen a template and - A different editor! WTF?

There are no where near as many functions and it's not as user friendly looking as the previous one - did you roll it out too soon?

I think maybe you should look at your site. There is loads of info and videos featuring the previous editor which I found confusing and annoying to discover you'd changed it.

I will now have to wait until this new version has equal functionality before i commit to premium service. Shame

if you'll change the size of the menu (make it smaller) a "more" button will appear.that is in fact a drop down menu (very limited but still) this might solve your problem .

What is the best way to add multiple galleries (example: engagement, wedding, newborn, maternity) in an html5 template without flooding the menu on my website? There isn't a drop down menu feature, at this time, correct? So is there another option that wouldn't completely crowd the top of my page?

Thanks for the great help. I just published my new site in HTML and the transfer could not have been easier or quicker!

    Love the image quality...

The html add-on box can take up to 8192 characters. This is quite alot, perhaps the copy and paste could not handle such a high number. Try copying and pasting in segments.

    Wix Team,

Are there limits to amount of codes you can add in the HTML add on box? I'm doing a form that cuts off my code in the middle.
