I am trying to install a reservation page on my HTML5 site. I am required to insert a bit of code into within the site's HEAD tag and I've realized that I can't get into the site's HTML.

Please advise as to how I can get this set up for my client. (see enclosed snapshot)

Thank you in advance for your prompt response.

Thank you for contacting Wix support.

Some users have already used this feature as an HTML add on.

Perhaps you could verify with Google that the code you are embedding is correct.

If you require any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us.

Does your new HTML 5 website editor support html coding for Google Adsense ads? I pasted the html code in a html box and nothing appears, even after a day. It does take a little time for the ads to get posted the first time. It was working just fine on your older website editor but not on the new HTML 5 site.

We have not removed any features from your purchased package. As you can see on the package picker page, the favicon  is not included in the package you've chosen nor was it in the past. If for some reason you were able to add your own favicon in the past, see this as glitch on our end which you were able to benefit from.

@Alon - thanks for the reply...but I don't understand it's meaning. When I first purchased this package (using a flash site), my Flavicon was displayed. When I converted to HTML5, my flavicon also displayed, albeit temporarily.

Are you saying that Wix removed a feature from a package I purchased? Or something else?

you've purchased the "connect your domain" premium package which allows you to connect your domain but still holds all the Wix tags including the favicon wix symbol.

    @ Jonathan

...and what about the flavicon no longer appearing? It worked when I first started my new site but no longer appears.

We apologize for the inconvenience, we are aware of the | symbol issue and will be replacing it with a / symbol or another as soon as we can.

@Jonathon - why do you answer only some questions and not others?

    @ blakepaine

I feel your pain but found a temporary workaround using the current menu structure and taking advantage of hiding pages from it. The ability to use the last item in the menu as a drop down - to me, this is the only thing that is necessary for all menu items - helped with one of my principal "sub-page" issues. For the other I created a "Cornucopia" page and used that page with narrative and buttons to navigate to other pages hidden from the main menu.

While I would prefer having all menu items to drop down and think this is the major issue (as opposed to sub-pages), the workaround I have might work also for you, at least temporarily.

See my site @ www.1RickPhoto.com for demonstration.

@ Jonathon or Wix again - I've tried to post references directly to a model's album on Facebook. However, the use of "|" in the page title on my Wix site completely flummoxes FB. FB considers the link to be the text appearing before the "|" thus making it unworkable. Any suggestions on this?

At the moment the only work around is to simply have more pages instead of sub pages. You can add many many pages and control navigation to them by using menus or buttons.

Regarding an actual sub-pages feature, we are working on it, we do not yet have a release date for you but we are well aware of the need for it.
