    Hi supplier,

    I have to say this website is a  amazing ,but there is some prombles with my website,pls help me asap ,because we need to use it everyday. 

    I can't upload any images from last week and i have tried to build a new website ,no answers..., the promble is on the all images and gallery, i can't change images ,can't add images and the important is no response when the mouse press UI.

     

    BTW , I WANT TO BUY A MONTH FOR TEST , BUT I AM IN CHINA, HOW CAN I DO IT ??

      the problem you're referring to might got to do with your ISP or with your network Firewall restrictions.

      The above is an example of the message I encounter when trying to upload this photo to my site. The photo is in jpeg format and the file size is 68.7 KB

      I have accessed your site and couldn't replicate the issue. As you see in the screenshot, i have uploaded the image for you.

      I have left the image both in your media gallery and in a blank (hidden) page.

      To solve the uploading issues, please follow the instructions provided here.

      If the steps in the link didn't resolve your issues, please answer the questions in the same link.

    Hi, This is the second time I have asked to resolve this issue and it's been a couple of months of not being able to update my site (it's still not working). My problem is the same as the first post (i click add, go to gallery then click 'organise images' and it seems to get stuck there and do nothing else). I have cleared cache, used a different PC, used a different Internet connection (from work and home). I've basically run out of ideas now. To note, I also work in IT and believe it has nothing to do with any PC but the account or the Editor software. Unfortunetly I'm going to have to shift my website to another server if I can't resume this soon.

      Hey,

       

      Does this happens when you try adding a new gallery or when you click on "organize" in an existing gallery?

      If possible, please provide us with a screencast of the problem.  You can use www.screenr.com

    please help me

    before I'm use Unlimited, and now I upgrade with combo package.. 

    but now I can not upload images and I can not delete my old images in wix galery

    I have problem on uploading image in All media.also, my all download image are disappear . I already  tried to change different browser in my website. but, it's still not working. I already bought E_commerce package for yearly. if image not uploading in my website. how can i build my website. so, please help me.............teach me process. to easy solve my problem. Normally, i already email help my problem.

    HI IM USING THE SITE FOR THE FIRST TIME ; NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND LOSING THE WILL NOW! IVE TRIED BOTH FIREFOX AND SAFARI (BOTH ARE THE LATEST VERSIONS) AND WHEN SELECTING ON THE TEMPLATE IMAGE TO CHANGE IT JUST FREEZES ON THE TIMER OF DOOM AND DOESNT EVEN LET ME PROGRESS TO ACTUALLY CHOSING AN IMAGE! HELP!

      I have just accessed your site's editor but was unable to recreate the issue on my end. Please follow the steps provided here. Make sure you try and use different browsers, internet connections and devices.

    Hi,

    I was working on my website, uploading pictures, and I was unsatisfied with one those pictures so I removed it, edited it and then went to re-upload it. There was a 1 minute delay between the first and second upload, yet on the second one I got the error message. I've tried restarting browser, disconnecting/ reconnecting, changing browsers, and etc. I though it might have been for the fact I uploaded over 50 pictures, but I've deleted them and have had no luck. Would appreciate if my concern could be treated quick, since this is my portfolio and also a schoolwork.

      Hi,

      In most cases, upload issues are related to a local misconfiguration of certain settings on your computer, or to your internet connection.

      Please follow these steps in order to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing:

      1. Try uploading other images. Is this issue isolated to specific images? If so, please email us the problematic images.
      2. Make sure the file name does not contain any special characters.
      3. Clear your browser's cache of "Everything". 
      4. Log out of your Wix account, restart your browser and then log into your Wix account and try again.
      5. Try using other browsers to open Wix. Recommended browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and either IE or Safari (depending on whether you use a PC or a MAC).
      6. If you connect to the internet through a router, please try connecting directly through the modem.
      7. Try temporarily disabling your internet security programs and try again (i.e. antivirus, firewall, etc.). It is preferable to try this while still connected to the modem directly. This is meant to assist us in determining the source of the problem that you're facing.
      8. Try connecting to Wix from a different computer that uses a different internet connection.

      Finally, if you are still having issues, please contact us. Let us know exactly which steps you tried and what worked or didn't work. Please also include the following information:

      1. What Operating System you're using (i.e. Mac OSX, Windows XP, etc.) - and what version it is.
      2. What browsers you've tried - and include the version of the browser (can generally be found by going to Help > About within the browser).
      3. What version of Flash you have installed on your computer- you can find this at whatismyflash.com
      4. Your Wix username and the name of the site(s) with the issue.
      5. If you receive an error message, please attach the error message that you receive.
      6. Your geographic location and which ISP you use.
      7. Which internet security programs you have installed on your computer (antivirus, firewall, etc.).

    i tried multiple browsers and my photos still will not upload. Just specific ones and i have changed the images sizes and still no luck.

      In that case please upload this specific image here (or email it to support@wix.com) so we could look into the issue.

      To upload the image, simply click on the "Upload" button and follow the steps.
