BEN… I'd love to do a remote session if you'd like. What I'm saying is that I've done everything suggested, however, if I built my entire site using Safari, I do not see a reason why I should suddenly have to use another browser. This is not an acceptable solution. Please contact me directly if you think a remote session would help you see what I'm dealing with on my end. brandy@blackdiamondpr.com

We're trying to understand whether this issue is occurring due to your Safari browser or not .

Thus, we're asking you to go ahead and try to use another browser so we can rule out the possibility the problem is occurring due to something else.

All the best, Or - Wix support team.

I can't upload new image or document

I can't add new photos, documents or something like that. I deleted many things, like shapes, pages, video, slide show, but when I want to add new image or document I can see only this on my desktop

I am trying to upload .jpg files (way under the limit) and it keeps saying "Upload failed. The file name is invalid."

Is this part of the current issues that you are working to resolve? Or am I doing something incorrect.

It seems like your file name has invalid characters.

Please provide us the file name, so we'll be able to further investigate the issue.

How strange.  There were at least 12 messages from users in the last 90 minutes all complaining about the same problem with this current image uploading issue, and all of our message complaints have been deleted.

    Editing image: won't save/upload

Twice, I've tried to "upload" or save an edited image (currently in use on my website).

The first time, it just said "Uploading" for 10 minutes. I thought it got stuck so I closed the page.

The second time, I let that run for more than 30 minutes, still no joy. Same thing.

I've got fast internet. What's going on?

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

1.Have you tried clearing cache and cookies?

      2. Have you tried another browsers?

      3. Is the picture you are uploading under 15 MB jpg, .png, & .gif?

      4. Does it happen to one particular image or to other images as well?

So I tried all your advice. And nothing worked. I tried save the edited file a few more times, nothing worked. It wet from 0% to 100% in a flash and didn't say OK. There was a little wheel that still looked like it was rotating. For hours. So I'd close the window and try again.

Today (3 days later), I opened up my folder of images and I see that all those files I tried to save are actually in my image folder. So each one had actually saved successfully, but there was no sign or indication in the image editor that it had worked.

You need to fix this. How are we supposed to know that it has successfully uploaded if the little wheel keeps turning and nothing tells you that it's done?

See…. it just sits there. Never uploads. Everything is the right format and not over the size limit. It's been like this for DAYS. Your "best reply" does not apply to this situation. Blackdiamondpr.com is the site. Please take a thorough look. We are using Safari on MACs.

I am sorry you are experiencing trouble. I had no trouble loading a document to your site on my end.

While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict. Please clear your browser's cache and cookies of "Everything". You can find step-by-step instructions here.

In order to fix the problem we must isolate its source.

      For that purpose, please:
      1. Try again using another browser.
      2. Try again using another computer.
      3. Try again using a different internet connection.

Please let us know if any of the above changed the status of your problem.

I should not have to USE ANOTHER COMPUTER or another browser to make the application work when it worked just fine before! How is inconveniencing ME an option here? FIX YOUR SERVICE or make it FREE. This is ridiculous.

We built the entire website up to this point on Safari and only started having issues at the end of last week. The issue is still unresolved. We have followed all advice given by "best reply" emptied cache's etc, restarted computer. All software updates are done. Obviously we are not the only ones having this problem. Using another browser or another computer is not a valid solution. As I said, everything was built using exactly what we're using now. Having to use different browser/computer/internet connection is ridiculous. I'll be expecting a refund and will be moving our entire site to something more reliable if I can't get a more direct solution to the problem. My expectations at this point don't meet the output.

      Hi brandy1158,

      Please try the following first:

Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.
Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.
To download the latest Google Chrome browser please click here
To download the latest Firefox browser please click here
To download the latest Safari browser please click here
To download the latest Internet Explorer browser please click here

If your issues still persists after all the above, please let us know if you available for a remote log me in session?
