I Have issues like tho ones above. In none of my two accounts it allows me to upload images... One of my accounts I have used since 6 month and it has always worked. Now when I tried upload pics that I already have allowed it won't let me. I have done all above, cleared cache, loged out, closed browser, made sure the pics aren't bigger than 15 MB and they are all og JPEG format... Could this be a Wix issue?

Hello Wix team! I need help! I can't load ANY photos at all. I have tried the above instructions and I've had no luck. I have tried to upload photos I've already got on my website as well as new ones and those don't load either. I'm getting: error code 10413 - uploaded file is of unsupported type for the media.
Thank you in advance

I have made a webpage and uploaded many pictures in the library but no pictures can be seen and I cannot upload new ones. I only get the message "Get items failed". Please see the attched screenshot.
I have tried it in different browsers and with different pictures but it still doesn't work.
I hope you can help me with this as soon as possible.

BEN… I'd love to do a remote session if you'd like. What I'm saying is that I've done everything suggested, however, if I built my entire site using Safari, I do not see a reason why I should suddenly have to use another browser. This is not an acceptable solution. Please contact me directly if you think a remote session would help you see what I'm dealing with on my end. firstname.lastname@example.org
