    I got crazy! The image can't be upload. And now even the button of Image don't react.  Anything involved with pictures got frozen.  I tried every trouble shooting solutions but still failed.

      Hi,

      Do you get an error, or is it just frozen? I can see you are using Safari. Does this happen with other browsers as well?

    Hello,

    I too have been trying to upload for the last 4 days with no results

    same thing just sits there---once in a while a msg saying image storage is not replying

    I've cleared my cache and no difference

    Are you having storage issues---and maybe I should try again later??

      Ok

      I've logged out....cleared cache 2x (chrome)---tried a different image----ensured the jpg

      Still no change

    And I booked a phone call with wix a few days ago. I had no call between 3-4pm as booked. Then a call after 5pm which I missed.

    Hi,

    I've been having problems uploading for a few days now, I haven't been able to upload my pictures. Is there a limit to how many I can upload? If I delete some in my library of photos will they still be shown on the site or will they disappear too?

    Please try uploading on my site. www.visual-box.co.uk

    I have cleared all history/cache, all photos were previously uploaded fine, I upload in correct file and size.

      Hi Visual Box Merchandising,

       

      I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I successfully uploaded an image to your site via the editor. Have you tried using another device or browser? Have you tried logging out and back in? Are you receiving an error message? what exactly is happening when you try to upload an image?  You should be fine as far as the number of images in your library. However, you may delete images from your library if you wish and it will not affect your current sites.

    your instruction doesn't help me?I don't have time wait. so, how can i build my new website as soon as possible

    This is himalaya_boy again, I can't solve my problem. I did all your instruction. but,it's doesn't help. many people who got same problem for image adding. If image is not uploading.How i can build my website. it's really make me head ache. All the supporter of Wix.com Please,  help me. solve my problem. So, don't lead me previous instruction. there is any other way to solve this problem.

    Regarding the documents that have disappeared, please make sure you are checking your gallery in the correct site. In case the issue reoccurs, please make sure to take a screenshot with the files in the gallery, then without them once they are gone.

    Unable to upload documents

    Hi, it seems that I am unable to upload documents in the editor and the documents that I have uploaded previously have disappeared. What has happended? What can I do?

    As of 6-7-14 I have tried for a week now to upload photos to a number of my Wix sites and none of them will upload.  Nothing happens, i click on upload image, the thumbnail shows up saying it is in process of upload but the upload never starts.  It just sits there.  I have tried this on at least 5 diff sites and 2 diff accts.  I have already cleared the catch per the Wix insts. The size of this doc I tried was 116KB, similar to so many I have done with sudcess in the past?  What has changed.  Also I have tried it on both Int Exp and Chrome.  Same result. Can you help?

      When going over your account, I've noticed that you have a number of sites in, both Flash and HTML. Please specify the name of the site in question in order for us to investigate and assist.

      hello, Help,me I did all the process which is lead by wix support team. But, Add image and add extra menu both are not working for 23 days ago. now who can help me. Please, show me another process to solve my problem.We already bought your Premium E_commerce Annual package. So, please, help me....... I am really unhappy to used Wix.

      Hey  himalayaboy,

       

      I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

      Please follow these steps in order to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing:

      1. Try uploading other images. Is this issue isolated to specific images? If so, please email us the problematic images.  
      2. Make sure the file name does not contain any special characters.  
      3. Clear your  browser's cache of "Everything".   
      4. Log out of your Wix account, restart your browser and then log into your Wix account and try again.  
      5. Try using other browsers to open Wix. Recommended browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and either IE or Safari (depending on whether you use a PC or a MAC).  
      6. If you connect to the internet through a router, please try connecting directly through the modem.  
      7. Try temporarily disabling your internet security programs and try again (i.e. antivirus, firewall, etc.). It is preferable to try this while still connected to the modem directly. This is meant to assist us in determining the source of the problem that you're facing.  
      8. Try connecting to Wix from a different computer that uses a different internet connection.

       

      Please let us know if this issue persists.
