      Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

Please note that I have checked your editor, and wasn't able to recreate this issue. I was able to upload a new image to your gallery.

In most cases, upload issues are related to a local misconfiguration of certain settings on your computer, or to your internet connection.

Please follow these steps in order to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing:

      1. Try uploading other images. Is this issue isolated to specific images? If so, please email us the problematic images.
      2. Make sure the file name does not contain any special characters.
      3. Clear your browser's cache of "Everything".
      4. Log out of your Wix account, restart your browser and then log into your Wix account and try again.
      5. Try using other browsers to open Wix. Recommended browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and either IE or Safari (depending on whether you use a PC or a MAC).
      6. If you connect to the internet through a router, please try connecting directly through the modem.
      7. Try temporarily disabling your internet security programs and try again (i.e. antivirus, firewall, etc.). It is preferable to try this while still connected to the modem directly. This is meant to assist us in determining the source of the problem that you're facing.
      8. Try connecting to Wix from a different computer that uses a different internet connection.

Finally, if you are still having issues, please contact us. Let us know exactly which steps you tried and what worked or didn't work. Please also include the following information:

      1. What Operating System you're using (i.e. Mac OSX, Windows XP, etc.) - and what version it is.
      2. What browsers you've tried - and include the version of the browser (can generally be found by going to Help > About within the browser).
      3. What version of Flash you have installed on your computer- you can find this at whatismyflash.com
      4. Your Wix username and the name of the site(s) with the issue.
      5. If you receive an error message, please attach the error message that you receive.
      6. Your geographic location and which ISP you use.
      7. Which internet security programs you have installed on your computer (antivirus, firewall, etc.).

Please let us know how it went. Should you require further assistance, we are here for you.

      Thanks, Rony Customer Solutions

Unable To Add Photos To Image Gallery

I've set up a image gallery on a particular page that I'm designing. When I try to organize images to add from storage folder or upload photos to the storage folder in order to place them in the image gallery. It is not letting me do so. Every time I click on the button "add image" it doesn't take me to where my photographs are stored. This has happened to me today and yesterday.

I use your standard add function that I have added a thousand pics with. Once you have an existing gallery and you want to add more images to it, you click on the gallery and a box comes up with a button with the words "organize images. You click on that and it opens your list with your existing images with a button that says, add image. You click that and it brings up a box that has a button labeled upload images. you upload and then it has been saying, upload failed. When you click on retry it says something like, :unable to reach memory server," or something close, I do not remember that exact wording.

Please elaborate - in what way are you attempting to add ads to your site?

The best way to go about it is using the Google AdSense app via the Wix App Market.

Thank you, we await your response.

    Upload Failed

Hello, I have 17 sites with WIX and I am very satisfied. 2 more will be coming in the next week or so.  15 are premium sites and 2 that do not warrant upgrading. I understand that there are occasional glitches, it happens. I have had 2 other issues and the responder helped and did it fast. I tried to upload ads to these sites and all of them said "Upload Failed." I I closed my browser and reopened it, same results. I rebooted my computer, opened my browser and tried again, same results. I rebooted my Verizon Jetpack and rebooted my computer, opened a browser and tried it again, same results. Now I am turning to you for help.

Still not working for IE with latest version, Chrome with latest version or AOL browser. Did all the cache dump, etc. Going on 2 weeks now with this issue, was working fine before that.

It was still not working for me, so I again tried disabling ad blockers and now it works. Just something for others to take note of is that I only needed to disable 'Bluhell Firewall' adblocker which many firefox users may use. Other adblockers such as Adblock plus etc. don't seem to stop the media manager opening.
