    Hi,

I did the test. I got two Fs. One for First Byte Time, the other for progressive JPEGs.

    Thanks

      Hi,

      Thanks for contacting us!

I can see that your site failed the progressive JPEG's test. Please follow this link providing you with steps on how to deal with this issue.

Also, I saw that you got a "F" score on the "First byte time" check. Please note that in order to improve it, you will need to change your NS records to our NS (right now they are pointing to Wix). You can find our NS by clicking here.

Please follow the instructions here to update or change your domain records!

All of the information regarding Domains and Email can be found here!

In general, please note the performance of your HTML5 site is affected by a number of factors, including the size of your website and amount of content on it, your internet connection speed and your browser version. Using the most updated browser version and ensuring that your internet connection is stable and running at a high speed will help ensure that you are viewing your site in optimal conditions.

For best performance, it is recommended to follow these guidelines:

      1. Optimizing the images on your site will have great affect on its performance and loading time. For tips on adding images to ensure they take up as little space as possible, please click here.

      2. Distribute your content on several pages. This will improve loading times and overall load.

      3. Fonts take up a lot of CPU power and loading time. Please try not to use more then 2 fonts on a single page. Fonts in plain, bold, italic, bold & italic are all considered to be different fonts! The best solution would be to use browser text and not simple text

Please let us know hoe it went. For further questions, please don't hesitate.

      Thanks, Rony Customer Solutions

    Loading times

    Hi Wix team,

I'm experiencing some rally bad loading times when it comes to my website and I've done the usual things to fix it on my end; I've cleared my history/cache, restarted my computer, restarted the browser etc. So I'm assuming it's something to do with the servers where it stored and I was hoping you could sort this? I just want my site to not lag once I've clicked on something, or when the site initially loads up; it just looks unprofessional.

      Hi,

I've entered your site and it loaded up very quickly for me.

Additionally, I've ran your site through webpagetest (results) and it scored 4 seconds, which is a great score!

Please try loading it from another computer and network to rule out a local issue to you computer/network.

My main site is fine, but anytime I try to go to my pages with a slideshow it absolutely drags. When loading it on the mobile site it's even worse. I can't have a website for photography that takes this long to load.

      Hey,

Going over your results and your site I can see that over all your site's performance is good.

Analyzing your test results I have one suggestion to help you make your site load faster.
Please take off the images you have placed on your site and convert them to .jpeg files, this will compress the size of your images by more than half and will allow your site to load faster.

You can get more information on converting images to a .jpeg format here.

Let us know if you need anything else.

All the best, Dean - Wix Team
