    hi, I cant save my website. I tried to follow the steps. you provided with the est answer, but they aren't working.

    I'm using Mac OSX

    with mozilla firefox

    my username is seerjones and my document's name is: healingheartsball.

    whenever I try to save my website u just get a timeout error or sometimes 200.

    im located at Shanghai, China and my ISP is China Teleom.

    I don't have any antvrus, but I use Astrill which is a VPN.

    please help me out because I have made a lot of progress and I cant afford to lose it.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers than FireFox and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

    My website is not saving.  I have made the same changes several times and when I go back to editor they are all gone.  I am very frustrated.  Also I cannot resize my header, drag and drop to reorder pages, change the size of a gallery, or enter a text box into the header.  What is going on?  Please help.  http://maryj087.wix.com/peartreepropertymgmt

    Excuse me, I'm having the same problem currently. I've tried the site twice before and this is the first time it isn't saving. It says that there may be something wrong with my footer/ header, but I cant seem to find the issue. Thank you and please respond soon.

    won't save or upload

    In the middle of working on my site (all was fine it was saving and publishing) all of a sudden It will not let me save or upload. Tried several times. I'm up to date with operating system (Mac) and browser. So it worked and then it didn't?? What now guys?

    I just don´t believe it! You still were NOT able to solve the problem on the editor and I just can't make changes to my page! Your service is a piece of SCAM. How could it be that I CANNOT have access to the service I pay for? Explain this to me! Shame must be felt by you.

      Hello. I just tried all the steps provided by you and the problem persists. It's not a local problem since I am able to save changes on Raices-TV and not in Ajedrez Encarnaceno. Could you please try to edit the last line of the only paragraph in Ajedrez Encarnaceno which actually is a web address and turn it into a link? Obviously I can do it myself but the editor shows the problem 10117 when I try to save. I can save none of my modifications. What's going on? Let me tell you that I'm not working with WIX anymore and am preparing the moving of my site to another server, but I demand you to solve this because I pay for a yearly service! Thanks. Windows 7, Windows 8.1. Chrome, IE 9, Firefox. I tried everything.

      Hi,

      Unfortunately, we cannot do the changes for you. However, what i would like you to check is if you are able to save your site when not on your home network. That way we can narrow down the problem.

      Point number seven in the list you yourself sent me: 7. Try connecting to Wix from a different computer that uses a different network to connect to the internet. My response just up here "Hello. I just tried all the steps provided by you and the problem persists." Your response again: "I would like you to check is if you are able to save your site when not on your home network." Are you all dumb at WIX or what? Solve the problem NOW.

      Today it is three weeks without being able to update and save my site ajedrez encarnaceno! I demand a total refund of my money. What are the steps for doing this? A shame.

    cannot save my site

    Hi! My site was saving fine earlier. I added a blog and made some changes. I have followed trouble shooting steps and referred to the best answer post above. I am not getting an error code. Only this message. It does no fix itself like it says. I have tried again many times. Please help so I do not loose my changes.

    Hi,

    To edit text in name field in contact form you need to move the mouse to the far end of the text field, before you are able to edit text field.

    Any other text field within the contact form works fine and allows user to edit text from any point within the text field, just the Name field seams to have a defect.

     

    Please let me know what details do I need to provide for someone to have a look at it. 

    I am using MAC computer and Acer Laptop from United Kingdom/ Scotland and was testing this on the following browsers:

    Google Chrome Version 35.0.1916.153

    Safari Version 7.0.4 (9537.76.4)

    IE 11

    I have also tried reseting the explorers however with same results.

     

    Please let me know if this can be looked at.

    I have created this site from a blank template.

    Today is Tuestday and I'm not able to save my site yet!!!! It's been more than one week!!!! What are you doing about this??? Nothing!!!! Not a day will I stay with you when the year ends. I will move my site to Wordpress and try a better option. 'We sent your problem to the Q&A department', you said. What do they do? Drink coffee all day? I PAY YOU FOR A SERVICE YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME AND YOU DON'T. WHERE I LIVE THAT IS CALLED A SCAM.

      The problem is still there. I can't edit the paragraph showed in the attached image for example (and many other objects), meanwhile I can edit some other few minor items. Problem #10110 appears when I try to save. I explained this problem more than twice and I am awating for an answer for more than a week now! I tried every step as using another browser, connecting through another computer, clearing the cache, everything!!! WIX is failing me. I work in this platform since four months ago and had no problem in this time, I changed nothing to my system, it's all the same but I can't save. The only new thing is the multi-content blog I am trying for you! Is one of you going to do something to restore my editor or should I go away from WIX? I feel totally frustrated. Solve this TODAY. NOT TOMORROW, NOT IN A WEEK. TODAY!!!!!!

      "That thread" you mean has been inactive for for three days! I need someone solving this issue and apparently you are NOT. So why should I keep quiet about WIX failing me, posting to a thread no one reads? I'm posting here and all through WIX until you solve the problem in your weak editor. I need a clear response and a solution TODAY. TODAY! So, go back to work and do what you have to solve this problem #10117. Thanks a alot.

    Cannot save my website MRGO1

    Have a simple Website in development called MROG1, will no longer save.  Error message says the error will be fixed automatically - it has not.  Can you please assist with this problem as I do not wish to loose what I done so far.  Thank you
