    Hello,

     

    I have a real trouble, I just finished my work on webpage, bu I cant save it anymore.

    I saved almost every 15 minutes, but after I used application for gallery, I cant save it. I am not saying, that this is the problem, but might be helpful information for you.

    I need to fix it soon, any help and protection of my data I dont lose is gladly welcomed.

    I tried to save it more than once, but no way...here is the print screen:

    If it is possible to solve it ASAP, would be great.

      Your issue is a bit different than the one queenosweets has.

      Please follow the steps provided here. Make sure you try and use different browsers, connections and devices.

       

      If the issue persists, please answer the questions in the same link. Please also provide us with screenshots exemplifying the issue. You can find step by step instructions here.

    I haven't been able to update my site for a week now... until a few things could be changed tonight. But now it won't let me publish them... which makes my changes useless.

    I've tried deleting my entire history (cookies, cache and all). I've used Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer (and updated them all to the latest version). I've tried it at the office and at home, both on windows 7. I've spent hours working on the site and lost everything. 

    I've got two websites that I use through wix - under two different emails. My website for my bakery is the one that's having the issue... which sucks because it's a bakery and it needs to be updated ASAP. 

    I don't have any internet security programs running. 

    The username is queenosweets: http://queenosweets.wix.com/bakery 

    There are times when it won't even let me save updated text. No new pages, no photos, no hyperlinks. NOTHING! Then there are times when I can save everything. I just spent 30 minutes updating, and now the last page it won't let me save. Why so unreliable?

    Please fix this soon! I've got clients who need to access the site and it needs constant updating.

      Sorry. No I didn't figure out the saving issue... just how to post a photo. Sorry for the confusion. I tried publishing at work this morning and still getting the message.

    I have followed all the troubleshooting, and cannot change browsers without loosing much work. I was able to save at the beginning, but got focused for a couple hours and did not save. I really can't loose all of the work and editing I have done. Every time I get the same error if I try to save or publish:

      I have just accessed your site's edtior but was unable to recreate the issue on my end as I was able to properly save your site. Have a look at the screenshot below:

      Please follow the steps provided here. Make sure you try and use different browsers, connections and devices. Please also make sure that you have the latest version of the browsers you use. 

       

      Wix is compatible with Internet Explorer (version 9 and above), Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

      If you would notice, your screenshot and mine do not match in the background. You were only able to save what I had already previously saved which I stated in my previous content. I would like my new changes to be saved.

      Unfortunately, due to the fact that more than 12 hours have been passed since this error occurred, your changes are gone.

      As my colleague mentioned, please follow the steps provided here. Make sure you try and use different browsers, connections and devices.

    I was having trouble saving, I tried everything in that list, now the paypal button change places every time I save and publishing, what's wrong????

      Are you currently able to save the site properly then? Where is the paypal button you're referring to - and where do you see it move? In comparison to what?

    Hello,

    I have the same problem oaf not being able to save. This is however only the case as soon as I try to ad a Vimeo or YouTube link in order to publish a video on it.  Also when I'm trying to add a social bar, it won't save.

    As soon as I take these ones out of the site again, than I can save it again.

      I've don all that.  It sometimes a bug when I'm adding video or socail bar.  So I removed these in order to continue working.

      Today I'm encountering this problem when I add a grid gallery, even without filliung them with my own images.  I add the gallery and when I try to save, than I got the message that there is something wrong with the site structure preventing to save.

    I urgently need help with my online store as I can not save. The problem started 4-5 days ago. It wastes lots of my time and work that can not be saved. I tried on 2 mac computers and no difference. Tried Safari and Firefox. I get 2 messages saying " An unexpected error occurred ……. (timeout)" and the other  in the screenshot. The document / website is called "Pet Shop". I am using Etisalat and located in United Arab Emirates. Please let me know what can be done in order to solve the problem as soon as possible.

      I tried all the steps suggested by WIX except for step 6 and trying a different network. 

      I can not save at any page, what ever I do or not do anything I can not save. For ex when I change a button I can not save, when I change a picture I can not save. It just won't save for me whatever I do.

      Are you getting this error in all of your sites or only in a specific one?

    I am afraid that it hasn't saved my changes to the Portfolio Page, and the Contact Page. Flora & Fauna page and my Mindful Living Solutions page. since it isn't saving the changes I have on my computer, you of course won't see it on your end.  Any suggestions, or have I lost hours of work?

      I have not used the list builder, and it the changes it isn't saving are all of them - moving elements, resizing, adding elements, basically anything and everything I have done to my pages is not saving. I can't go forward until this issue is resolved, so please get back as soon as possible. Thanks.

    just like everyone else is reporting i can not save the last 5 hours of work.  i have used the same machine, os, browser, etc. for two years not and never this problem.  i am not going to go through all of that long checklist.  i want my site saved and published now please.
