Not so much missing data, but the live website does not match my preview and editor version.

    URL: http://asocialghost.wix.com/wolfram

    Live Screenie of problem: http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii225/clairefiles/website_zps6a7be3bc.png

What it looks like on editor: http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii225/clairefiles/website2_zps7d8b3f2d.png

I can't find the appropriate forum for this and a search wasn't really applicable, so sorry about all this.

Hi, my website is www.integrityplasticsurgery.com.au and the missing content is a side bar that I created with various links to different procedures.  It was there this morning and now its gone.  The last action - there wasn't one except we pointed our new blog in wordpress to our current domain.  That is all.   I would only want to restore the version earlier today because I made some changes that are harder to recreate than the side bar.  Not sure why this happened, I have not had this happen before.

The content appeared on the LHS outside the grid lines on every page (I wanted side links).  I do see the same online as I do in the editor.

    Hi jarelleafrica,

Please note that according to the WHOIS records the domain www.jarelleaa.com has expired, deleted and would now have to be repurchased (it's status is 'not registered'). Please note that everything is set up properly on the Wix-end, and your site still exists, you simply need to purchase the domain and connect it the Wix name servers and all should be working. If you choose to purchase a domain then after you purchase from a domain host:

    • Send your domain hosting company the following message:

I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address

After sending your message, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to get updated (propagate).

Once your domain is back up, your site should be up and running perfectly.

If you'd like to disconnect your site from the domain and continue to use it on a free Wix URL, you simply need to disconnect the domain from your site from Manage Premium > Domains > Manage (next to the domain) > Change (next to Wix site) > Clear domain connection.

    * Please note that you can still see your site in the Editor from My Account.

If you require further assistance in the future please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    My website is firearmsafetygroup.com

The last date that you saw your website in good standing (content was not missing): Saturday 1/19/13

Exactly which master-page in your site is missing content? What exactly is missing?: The home page is missing everything in the content box below the pictures.

When you visit your website at its URL, do you see the same thing as in the editor? : Yes I do

Please describe, to the best of your abilities, the last actions/changes you performed before you last saved your website: I haven't changed anything since the 17th and everything was working well until sometime between the 19th and today.

I would like Wix to restore my site to an earlier version if possible.

    Hi jasonartiste,

Your content isn't missing, you're simply viewing your site with an older and outdated browser version.

HTML5 is a new and cutting edge web technology which requires the use of updated browser versions, this is a crucial requirement.

Please make sure to update your browser to the latest version available or to try other updated browser in order to compare the results.

Let us know how it went and which browsers and exact versions you've tested.
