1) Call 1-800-6000-WIX (949) to speak to a live agent (Callers outside the US can call 415-639-9034). Entry of your user ID on our phone system will help us to process your call better. Please note that wait times may be longer on non-scheduled calls.  

2) Post your question in our support forum and one of our online support agents can assist you.

    Hi Wix! 

    The verify button doesn't seem to work, and I've tried calling the alternative number, but my service provider want to connect it (no home phone), annoying I know. 

    I've got a few questions, linked to the ones I posted in the forums. Attempted the suggestions but to no avail. Can you guys give me a call back... literally any time. +44 7591877610 (UK)

    tech support failed to call

    Hello,

     

    Wix tech support was scheduled to call me yesterday July 1 between 10-11am but they never did. Can you tell me why? Here is the exact content of the schedule notice (except my phone # which I have blocked out).

    A Wix Service Specialist will contact you via phone on:
    Date: Tuesday, 7 / 1 / 14
    Time zone: America / Los Angeles
    Time: 10 - 11 am

    scheduling a phone call

    I need to talk to someone. I tried to schedule a phone call to request some assistance on the site I am designing. I was not able to schedule it. I need to talk to someone though.

    Issues with contacting support service, and slow service

    I have only been with wix for a short time, and so far I find that contacting the support service fairly disappointing. Both of the contact numbers do not seem to work when calling from the UK. And I have tried to schedule a call back but it appears that this cannot be scheduled until next Tues 27th, which is 5 days from now. As I am calling from the UK I have no idea of the time difference so it is very difficult to select a time schedule as I have no idea what time I would receive the call.

    Also, it would appear that some changes can take up to 72 hours to take effect, which is very slow for anyone who runs a business that is constantly changing.

    I am not yet trading, but I am very concerned that once I am trading, that I will have a lot of problems with my website, that is going to take several days to fix, which will not be good for customer relations with my potential customers, and will be reflected throughout my business.

    In the meantime, potential customers, and any other companies and individuals that I am currently attempting to build customer relations with cannot contact me via my email: info@wittyprinting.com (which I have recently purchased).

    Wix claim to provide 24/7 support, however, this is not fully accurate. And with some changes taking up to 72 hours to take effect, this unfortunately is rather poor, and I am seriously considering closing down my site and going to another hosting company.

    I would appreciate if someone could please respond to my request to activate my email ASAP, which will hopefully not take up to 5 days. It would also be useful for wix to ensure that the contact numbers provided are accurate.

      Regarding the email activation request - it will be dealt with as soon as one of our staff members encounter it (assuming you've posted a thread here/emailed us).

       

      We try to help all our customers in the quickest orderly fashion possible. However, please take into account that solving issues takes time, which is sometimes not dependent on our work.

      Dear Wix Team,

       

      Thank you for responding to my inquiry. The telephone numbers you provide are not viable when trying to call from the UK. As soon as I call 415-639-9034 an automated recorded says 'the number you have dialed has not been recognised'. Can you please provide a valid contact number?

       

      It would also be helpful to know what the time difference is between Pacific Standard Time and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) so that I know approximately when to expect a call that I schedule.

      The last time I tried to schedule a time, it appeared that the earliest I could schedule it for was 4 days later.

      The above points are pretty much what I had said in my previous email, but have not been addressed, other than an apology.

       

      To be clear, I would like to request:

      * A valid telephone number that can be called from the UK, 415-639-9034 is invalid when calling from the UK

      * What is the time difference between PST and GMT? So I know when to expect a call back?

      * Why could I not schedule a call back less than 4 days?

      Hi,

      Please add the respective area code in order to call the number.

      Pacific standard time is 8hrs behind greenwich mean time.

    Editor not working properly. Costumer Service # not working.

    Hi,

    I've called the costumer service number 4 times and waited over 25 minutes each time and every time the call gets disconnected. I am very frustrated with your costumer service. I upgraded my site to premium (unlimited) and am having issues with the editor. The help/tutorial videos are showing things that do not appear on the site editor. 

    WIX, please help me. Thank you!

      Thank you for your response. I actually have 4 different things that I need help with, and screenshots will not help explain all the problem. As a paying costumer, I would REALLY appreciate being able to talk to someone on the phone without calling and waiting for over an hour until getting disconnected. I have several different issues to resolve. You have my number, can someone call me right now?

      I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR, just to be disconnected each time.

      After reading several questions and comments by other of your costumers, and your response to my latest comment, it is clear that you guys don't fully read or take time to understand what we are talking about.

      Contacting you guys is incredibly difficult. I am a paying costumer. I may have to ask for my money back. This is absurd.

    Scheduled phone call

    Hello, 

    I have booked a phone call with Wix to discuss some details of my account...however I rescheduled the call (to between 10 and 11 am this coming Monday), however I am unsure if this is in PST or GMT time zone?

    When I first booked a phone call it stated PST, however when rescheduling there was nothing to confirm either way...??
