    Dear Wix Team,

    Lately your project has been suffering from various problems and error almost on a daily basis and which makes the job very hard for me and for my clients.

    I am about to purchase another premium account this week but I am truly wondering if I should do so considering your current situation.

    Give me one solid reason why I should do it instead of searching another solution within your competitors.

    Hello, I am about to make an email announcement and I cannot publish my site!!!

    Could you please tell how long will it take... Hours are too long for me, will be it be ok in an hour time???

    How long do you think it will be, till it is fixed, If I am gonna do a ton of work and lose the lot, I would rather do nothing and wait, I mean, if its gonna be a few hours then fine, but I would not be able to leave my editor open for like days.

    While working on your Wix site, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

    Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here:  .http://support.wix.com/index.php/Popupblocker#Clear_Browser.27s_Cache

     

    Also, please try using a different browser to see if this error persists.

    Error -7002 while publishing HTML5

    Hi there, I keep getting the error code -7002 when trying to publish the HTML% site I just created.

     

    Any ideas on what's causing it? I did change the template around a bit, so I'm guessing it has to do with that.
