    Hi guys,
    I have a problem with this domain www.tangranews.com . When I try to load the page, it appears

    "Oops...
    Sorry, it appears there has been an internal server error with the page you've requested. We're working to fix the problem."

    Hi, for the past two days i cant access anything

    error 4 - access denied

    is the message that keeps appearing when i try

    Myother account works fine. I tried to clear cache, cookies, disable antivirus, connect directly to the router, tried various pc's, am working on google crome. Can you tell me what the problem is please?

    Also last week the editor did not work on Friday nor Saturday. It kep saying error on saving.

    Please advise, thank you.

      Hi, thank you for the reply.

      Seems someone fixed the problem meanwhile. 

      When i logged in and click on "edit site" i received an error message;

      "Error 4 - Access denied" 

      This ocurred for two days running. But guess wix handled it.

      Hi again, i can access the data ok now, but i cant seem to save any changes. 

      This messages keeps coming up, which was the same problem last week. 

      Attached a picture of the message.

      I looged out, and logged back in again...same issue appears.

      I couldn't recreate this issue. 

       

      Please try the following: 

      1. Clear cache

      2. Use another browse. 

      3. Disable the antivirus.

    Hi, i cant seem to access anything anymore, for the past two days a message comes up:

    error 4 - access denied.

    I cleared my cookies, am using google chrome, disabled my antivirus in case it was blocking entry, tried different computers, connected directly to the router, nothing helps. 

    The day before the editor was not working. None of the work was being saved. 

    Can u please advise what i can do to continue working?

    My page disappeared completely and I worked for months on it. I don`t have my information backed up. Is there any way to recover it? I don't wish to restart my work...

    I got an email saying that my external host is now connected to wix, I have undated and completed all the other necessary task but still I cannot find my website! And when I check the connection now it says that its not pointing to the right domain? Even after it said it was connected? Now what?

      Please note that it usually may take up to 72 hours for the chnages to fully propagate throughout the systems.

       

      I have visited your domain and I see it is correctly directed to your Wix site. Your site works perfectly!

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

    Please help!  I literally spend ALL day yesterday working on my site and saved during the entire process... I went to bed and woke this morning to see that  my computer had restarted itself, but upon return to the site- the only thing that appears is the name of my company!!  (NONE of the pages or information I input last night is there....) 

    PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!

      Hi, I logged in with the email l3oplan@hotmail.co.uk and the same password I have always used. I can log onto the account fine but cannot see my website. I don't really understand whats going on as nothing on our account has changed
