    URGRNT please reply I am on a deadline, no one can access the site, very annoyed with six have tried in all browsers and cleared browsing history on all of them. 

    I would like telephone support I am a premium customer and disgusted with the lack os response

    My website wwwthebritanniakent.com has disappeared. Will not load in any browser. Showing up in my WIX Account Page, but when I click Edit it just keeps the loading animation and no site appears to edit

      Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you.

       

      I understand that you are having issues loading your site in the editor and see that everything is intact when visiting the actual site using a browser.

       

      Please try restoring your editor version to an older one and see if that solves the issue. You can restore a prior version of your Wix site from your Site History.

       

      To restore a prior version: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Manage Site > on the right, under Handy Shortcuts, click Site History.

      Here you can see an overview of all edits and changes that you have made to your saved and published site. This will make it easy for you to view, flag or restore to a prior version of your website at any time!

       

      It's a good idea to flag and rename versions so that you can find them easily.

       

      Note: The following components will not be affected when you restore a previous version of your site: Online Store, Blog, List Builder, and Apps

       

      Note: You can also create a duplicate copy of your site.

      To create a duplicate copy: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Manage Site > on the right, under Handy Shortcuts, click Show More > click Duplicate Site.

    Hi,

    Is there a problem with the servers for the last few hours? Only my header & footer is loading on my live site. Everything else is white. Editor is also not working. It seems to keep trying to load.

      I have visited your domain and I see it is correctly directed to your Wix site. Your site works perfectly!

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

    Hello Wix team, I have a website named amitens.co.il , in last day (or more) customers cannot enter this site. There is only a message that this address is not available.

    If I log in for editing the site I can see the site . Can it be a problem with my domain supplier? or anything about Wix contact with the domain? Please try to help ASAP.

    I spent over 11 hours adding pages, including an online store, to our site at www.ovationmtb.com.  I added a page called RENTALS, a page called ONLINE CLASS REGISTRATION and a page about Evita show info.  It was all perfect and displaying great and I was very happy.  Tonight a co-worker went in via safari (I use chrome) to change some graphics on the home page.  Now all my work is gone.  ALL.  I am so frustrated.  Why is this happening?  Is it a Safari/Chrome thing?  I also built a press page several weeks ago that was fine - I sent the link to the press and got responses so I know they looked at it.  Then it disappeared.  Is there a problem with Safari we chrome users need to know about ASAP?  I have asked my colleague not to go into the site again for any reason until this is resolved.

      I also paid the $99 to upgrade to an ecommerce site.  That seems to be the ONLY thing that worked.  My money was taken by Wix.  My work is trashed.

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

    I built a home and contact pages saving everything. Got back to the wix. com trying to find my unpublished website and cannot. How do I find it?

    My site was live and working for a couple of weeks and then all of the sudden it does not work anymore.  When you go the the site now it takes you to a wix page that says this page used to be connected.  I didn't cancel it and the site was paid for.  Please help.

    My web page just keeps coming up blank . I have tryed it from other computers but same thing . It has been going on for weeks now  www.assembleit.info  hope someone can help because Im over it now after trying everything. It only comes up every now and then say 1 out of 10-20 times.

    Hey There,

    After working on a couple of pages 'Family camp' and  'giving' and then uploading it, i have come back into the wix editor only to find the 'family camp' page is missing completely. 

    I can still see it on my web site but it has gone when i enter into wix editor.

    I am having an issue with internet browsers not loading my site. It will load from my tablet on chrome, but not from my laptop. My husband tried accessing my website from his computer at his workplace which is a desktop and he is not able to load it either. He was using chrome and I have tried several browsers. All I get is a blank page. I have cleared cookies and browsing history and have tried to ensure nothing is being blocked. It was able to bring up my webpage on Friday, but today nothing. My website is www.illuminatedyouconsulting.com. I am not getting any error messages. Just a blank white page.

      I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties. Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce this issue on my end as you can see in the screenshot below:

       
       
      Please try the following steps to make sure that your issue is not a local one:
       
      1. Open your browser to a blank page. Close any Wix pages that are open.
      2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies of "Everything". You can find step-by-step instructions here.
      3. Restart your browser and then log into your Wix account and try again. 
      4. Try using an anonymous browsing window and see if it helps:
      With Chrome, use the CTRL + SHIFT + N keyboard shortcut.
      With Firefox, use the CTRL + SHIFT + P keyboard shortcut.
       
       
      5. Try using other browsers to open Wix. Recommended browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and either IE or Safari (depending on whether you use a PC or a MAC).
      6. Try disabling your internet security programs and try again (i.e. antivirus, firewall, etc.). 
      This is meant to assist us in determining the source of the problem that you're facing.
      7. Try connecting to Wix from a different computer that uses a different network to connect to the internet. Please also make sure that Wix is not blocked - you can contact the IT team and ask them to add Wix to the whitelist (at work).

      Thank you for your response Alina. I have gone through the list that you gave me and ensured I did everything you listed exactly as you listed it. I am still having issues. I am unable to access my editor to make any changes or view my site through my wix account either. I will continue to try.  Thanks.

      Just so everyone knows, after days of frustration with not being able to view or edit my website through any browser on my own computer and having tried all the steps suggested above I refreshed my computer. I have windows 8 and after days of trying absolutely everything else, I decided that if I lost a few apps, I would be okay. I have lost a few apps, but at last I can view my website and edit it through any browser!

    I have experienced a similar issue as Paul , above. Same error message for my site www.ricmorgan.net, and an absent website. Correct domain, and no luck via other browsers or platforms. Cache cleared. Please help restore my site. Regards, Ric Morgan
