    Hi, when I try to load my site http://judedunn.wix.com/jude-at-indulgence I keep getting no data received message.  I can edit my site and re-publish but it just won't load.  It was fine at the weekend.  I have cleared cache and allowed cookies so what is the problem?

      Tried the instructions in the Overview section.  Logged out of my account, logged back in clicked on my blog address and got this message No Data Received and Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.  Have tried opening a new tab and putting in my website address and receiving the same message.  Really annoyed as I spent a long time creating this website, it was working perfectly until yesterday, I have added the address to all my business advertising and now nobody can access it, what a waste of time!!!

      I have gone through all of the instructions again as requested, the site will show in edit and preview but it is still showing this message No Data Received and Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE when I try to see it live.

      Hi, so I have cleared my cache for a 4th time and I still CANNOT view my site, how is it that you can view it and I can't?  How is it that several people are having the same issue?  I will give you until tomorrow morning to sort it out and then I'm deleting it as I have had to remove it from all of my online advertising and social media sites due to nobody else being able to access it either, apart from you of course!!

      Please note that I was able to view your site properly on my end. 

      Have you received any error messages? If the answer is yes, what is the error? When does this happen? Have you tried to view your site using a different browser or a different computer?

       

      Also, please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

    When I try to view my websites it says : This web page is not available

    This page can’t be displayed

    Make sure that the web address http://tannhauserxxx.wix.com is correct.
    Look for the page with your search engine.
    Refresh the page in a few minutes.

    None of them work on any browser

    But they work on ipad

    MY account is : http://tannhauserxxx.wix.com

    For instance :

    http://tannhauserxxx.wix.com/atlantis-sky-fish

    On Firefox it comes up with ........

      No ... I'm using the ''whole url plus username'' as I stated earlier :

      and if I click Site Address > under Your Site Address is:, it doesn't find my site address

      There are 3 people on here who have the same problem ... so I tried to access thier sites ... but they too just say ...

      The connection was reset

      It seems the problem is not local

    My website, www.EricBayFilms.com was working for 2 days and now nothing. All I get is the go daddy page saying the page is parked.

      I have been successfully able to load your domain. Also, I checked in our records and it is properly connected to Wix:

       

       

       

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

    Hi

    Seems like internet explorer cant find my website www.physiobyrachel.co.uk? Any ideas why?  Have spoken to the domain name people who say it's a hosting problem? Thanks

      Currently, your domain is not properly connected to Wix.

    Website has disappeared

    HELLO!

    My website is LIVE but when I LOG IN it says "We've Noticed you don't have any sites yet"

    The website is:

    ​It's working fine online but I can't see it or access it once logged in.

      Hi,

      your site looks great:

       

      Please clear your Chrome browser's cache and cookies of "Everything". You can find step-by-step instructions here.

       

      Try loading your site.

       

      If it doesn't load still, note that refreshing the browser, and clearing the browser’s cache will not resolve the issue. Instead, please follow these steps (for a Windows environment only):

      1. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
      2. In the Command Prompt, type the following: ‘ipconfig /flushdns’
       

      If you are using an Apple MAC environment, to flush the DNS:

      1. Open the Terminal. (Go > Utilities > Terminal).
      2. Type in the following: dscacheutil -flushcache
       

      You can find more information here.

       

      Let us know if the problem persists.
