    Hello,

    When I try to log on, it says that I don't have a website and would I like to create one?

    What has happened? Please re-instate my site and advise me what has happened ASAP.

    i have the same problem as most on here.... ive tried reloading.. ive tried re entering address... ive tried others computers to log in... and i have a website that i cant use... and have members on my page screaming at me about it...  can you please correct the error wix !

    I'm also having the same issue, which has been occurring since last night. My site will come up, then not come up. with the Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

    1) I have cleared my history, cache, cookies, etc.

    2) Sometimes I can see the webpage, but others cannot.

    3) I have tried multiple different browsers, all with the same issue.

    4) I have saved AND published the webpage, it was working perfectly before.

    5) Please don't respond with "Your webpage looks fine!" because I currently cannot access it, neither can twelve of my friends.

      we weren't able to recreate the problem on our end (we replayed back on a different post that you've posted as well).

    Hi, when I try to load my site http://judedunn.wix.com/jude-at-indulgence I keep getting no data received message.  I can edit my site and re-publish but it just won't load.  It was fine at the weekend.  I have cleared cache and allowed cookies so what is the problem?

      Tried the instructions in the Overview section.  Logged out of my account, logged back in clicked on my blog address and got this message No Data Received and Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.  Have tried opening a new tab and putting in my website address and receiving the same message.  Really annoyed as I spent a long time creating this website, it was working perfectly until yesterday, I have added the address to all my business advertising and now nobody can access it, what a waste of time!!!

      I have gone through all of the instructions again as requested, the site will show in edit and preview but it is still showing this message No Data Received and Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE when I try to see it live.

      Hi, so I have cleared my cache for a 4th time and I still CANNOT view my site, how is it that you can view it and I can't?  How is it that several people are having the same issue?  I will give you until tomorrow morning to sort it out and then I'm deleting it as I have had to remove it from all of my online advertising and social media sites due to nobody else being able to access it either, apart from you of course!!

      Have you received any error messages? If the answer is yes, what is the error? When does this happen? Have you tried to view your site using a different browser or a different computer?

    When I try to view my websites it says : This web page is not available

    This page can’t be displayed

    Make sure that the web address http://tannhauserxxx.wix.com is correct.
    Look for the page with your search engine.
    Refresh the page in a few minutes.

    None of them work on any browser

    But they work on ipad

    MY account is : http://tannhauserxxx.wix.com

    For instance :

    On Firefox it comes up with ........

      No ... I'm using the ''whole url plus username'' as I stated earlier :

      and if I click Site Address > under Your Site Address is:, it doesn't find my site address

      There are 3 people on here who have the same problem ... so I tried to access thier sites ... but they too just say ...

      The connection was reset

      I have been successfully able to load your domain. Also, I checked in our records and it is properly connected to Wix:

       

       

       

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.
