    My website has disappeared when you connected my domain name and website.  Please let me know what to do.  This is very poor for my business.

    My site disappeared right as I was trying to show my boss how much better Wix is than Wordpress.

    Cleared cookies, browsing history, flushed DNS, still the same problem. Sure is embarrassing for me, but not as embarrassing as it is for you.

      Craftily checked a friend's page made with Wix, it is also down. And your homepage looks kind of crap. I suspect someone deleted something you need, and possibly you've been hacked. 

      Any word when this will be fixed?

      Please accept the feedback that there is something wrong with Wix that is causing me and many other users not to be able to access our sites. There is now overwhelming evidence. Whichever update Wix made most recently, it needs examining.

      Yes, I figured out how to fix it.  I had added three boxes and they somehow changed the settings for all the boxes.  I deleted the new boxes and then went back to all the other boxes and into "personalize" and changed them from white (which I never selected) to black.

    My website is no longer there and the premium doesn't run out until 16 th January! I have no idea how long it has been like this however it needs sorting out urgently, please advise.

      You currently no longer own aimskiphire.co.uk, and you will have to repurchase it from your domain host  in order to renew the connection  to your Wix site and your Wix Premium package.

    Hello. I have had a site using Wix for 2 years now and never had a problem but all of a sudden my site isn't found. What's the deal here? My url is markcooperart.com. Fix it!!!!!!!

     

    I'm logged in and can open and edit/save the site but it doesn't show up online!

      Our records show that your domain is connected to Wix using the wrong connection method.
      In your Wix domain manager you have chosen to connect your domain through pointing, while in reality you are trying to connect through Nameservers, and this mismatch is what's causing your site not to be displayed.

      Please go into the Wix Domain Manager (My Account > Manage Premium > Domains) and remove the domain markcooperart.com  and then add the domain name again under DNS (name servers).

      Ok, it's fixed, thanks!

      Yeah, i had it pointing and something was changed, which disconnected it.

    My website has dissapeared. It was published, and up on line for 2 years. And now your site is telling me that it isn't published. I am the only person with access to my account. I do not understand what has happened. And I am worried that somehow because it is saying it is unpublished, that if i do republish it, it will have lost it's ranking in search engines. I would very much appreciate a response. Thank you.

    My website has disappeared.  It's been gone for two days now.  I am entering the right address, my payments are up to date and I have cleared the cache numerous times. I can see that everything is normal in the editor. I tried to re-publish it a few times but when I enter the web address it still says:

    lushjewelry.com is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION

      ...and when I click "contact us" above, it takes me absoulutely NOWHERE.  I sincerely hope someone gets back to me AFSAP as I pay for the VIP package.  

      UPDATE: When I publish a recent copy of my website it DOES appear online. It is NOT an exact copy althought it SHOULD be. I did not alter anything in the duplicate site, yet my tumblr page is completely different on it and one app on my homepage is a totally different style (meaning different html). This tells me it did not actually "duplicate" the site which is quite worrisome as well.

      Hi,

      The reason you're not seeing your Wix site, is because your domain isn't properly connected to Wix's name servers, as you can see here.

      When connecting a domain to your Wix site with our nameservers, the domain stays at your hosting company and connects to the Wix servers NS1.WIX.COM and NS2.WIX.COM.

      This method transfers control of your domain records to Wix. These records can be controlled via Domain Manager of your Wix account by you!

      This will also allow your mobile site to be automatically associated with your domain!

      To connect your domain to our name servers:

      Send your domain hosting company the following message:
      I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 207.36.47.9).

      After sending your message, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to get updated (propagate).
