Dear Wix worker & other wix costumers,
Can someone other than a wix worker view the website www.nebraskachris.com and see if it loading or just a blank white page!? I have contacted wix support an say it is yet it is not when I try to visit the website. Thus, if it is not than this reply I am posting below is so far below subpar from what Wix offers for service when signing up!?
I have visited your domain and I see it is correctly directed to your Wix site. Your site works perfectly!
If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:
1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.
3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'pingyourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.
For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.
-If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.
-If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

Following up on your response from June 27. Reply button won't allow me to post....go figure.
You indicated that I needed to update my browser in order to view my published site online.
This makes a big difference in upgrading to a paid subscriber.
Users of my site are not informed that it is a browser compatibility issue but rather greeted with the standard message and redirected to wix.com. They believe my site is down for maintenance or has been removed. Not all users have updated browsers.
Has wix removed support for earlier browser versions? I was able to view, edit and publish my site up until early June 2014. This is no longer the case, according to your explanation.
Webs.com does not have a browser compatibility issue. Will this be resolved on your end? Thanks

I can not find any reason why Wix has deleted me website. I am current and was running just fine. I want to know how long this has been this way? I also would like an account adjustment for it has affect operations of other enitities that serve off off this webiste from being as productive as they ought to be!? Thank you for your time in this matter.

My account says I don't have any sites.

Please help. I can see my website under accounts, however it does not appear when I search it online. The domain and web address is correct. I have tried in several browsers and it does not load or appear in any way.

My site showed up a couple of days ago...now it shows www.www.www.www.tjfelts.com and won't show up. Pointed to the IP static address and still not working? Help please1

I have 2 sites on my account
www.cdogg.org and carlislezing.co.uk
They both stopped working. I have had many emails recently regarding the site/domain/server and they seem to be trying to persuade me to buy something extra so I have deleted them. It is possible therefore that I have deleted an important message.
I have paid for an upgrade and the www.cdogg.org site has returned. Carlisle zing has not! Can you explain if I have done something wrong and how to get back on line please?
