    Hi - our site,  www.attictheatrecompany.com, now appears to have the correct A domain ref. but is still showing the old site on the desktop version.  If you can possibly investigate, can you email me to let me know when it's ok, so that we don't continue to send links to our "new wix site" to everyone, only for them to click and see the old one?!  Thanks

      I checked your editor and the live site http://www.attictheatrecompany.com/ and it looks identical.

      Try clearing your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

       

      Also, note that it might take up to 72 hours for the change of the A Record to fully propagate.

    We published our site yesterday, which involved transferring our domain name from Claranet.  It worked, but this morning, although our mobile site comes up in the new version, our desktop site shows the OLD website - http://www.attictheatrecompany.com/ - please help - this isn't great when we're alerting everyone to our new site! Many thanks.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

    Hello there, 

    I cannot seem to login to edit my website.

    www.desireegarrido.com

    I believe that I may have two logins possibly with the same email address, is that possible?

    The first account was created with email login: contact@desireegarrido.com

    I changed that email and then changed my password at the same time I believe.  And now, when I log in, it says that I have not started any website.

    Please help! I need to change and edit asap.

    hello,

    My website works fine from my laptop and my partner's, however I've been contacted by 2 people saying that my site is down/unavailable.  I've attempted checking the domain is directed correctly on this support site, and all seems to be correct.  Please help, it is important that I sort this out as soon as possible, worried most people cannot access.

    Hi, i have 3 websites by wix. all of them are not working if logged from different computers. for example: if i log in to the site from my computer then it is working smoothly but if logged in from another computer then it showed me the image of my website on the top but a blank page with some shining adds and creepy things. other friends tried to log in from other computers then some worked and others had the same problem. Now i am really disappointed because i dont know what is the problem and why there is a problem in 1st place. please reply to as fast as possible.

      Thanks for contacting us.

      I can see you have recently connected all of your three domains.

      Please note that after such a change, the domain is going into a propagation state. This means it might take up to 72 hours for the domain to be properly connected.

      During this period, common issues are double www sets (www.www.domain.com), domain redirecting to free site URL, or domain available on some platforms only. All of these problems are symptoms of the propagation state.

      Please allow 72 hours to pass.

      Should the problem persist after this period of time, please let us know.

    Hi

    My site has been listed on google since i started. Anyone anywhere could typr in my name and the wix site was 3rd or so from the top. Last night it totally disappeared, so now noone can google the name and find the site. Why has it been deleted/ I look forward to hearing from someone. Thanks

      Hello,

       

      It appears that in your Wix domain manager you have chosen to connect your domain through pointing, while in reality you are trying to connect through name servers. This mismatch is what's causing your site not to be displayed. It is also possible that you simply forgot to add your domain name under the Wix Domain Manager.

      Please go into the Wix Domain Manager (My Account > Manage Premium > Domains) and remove the domain mydomain.com and then add the domain name again under DNS (name servers).

      Please remove your domain and add it again by doing the following:

      1. From Wix.com menu, hover over Subscriptions and click Domains.
      2. Under My Domains, next to your domain name, click the red X and click Yes,Delete.
      3. From Domains, click Use a Domain You Already Own, and proceed to add your domain again.

    I can not find any reason why  has deleted me website.  I  was running just fine and everything perfect and everything connected and Billing & Payment for 2015 i did everything as what you give info i followed the steps.check the pic down.
