sounds odd to me. how can so many peoples' sites that WERE working fine, be suddenly offline at same time? and you're saying because we had the wrong settings?

      Hi,

I apologize for the inconvenience. The domain does not load because the name servers are not configured to Wix, as can be seen here.

To fix this, please send your domain host the following message:
I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers: NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195)

If they were already set up this way, please ask your domain host to reset them.

Please allow up to 72 hours for changes to propagate.

      Best regards.

      Hello,

Please make sure you allow 72 hours to pass since the initiation of the domain connection process, to make sure changes fully propagate.

In case they already passed, note that it appears you chose the wrong connection method in the Wix Domain Manager.
To correct this, please follow the instructions here.

      Hi Valli,

      Thanks for contacting Wix support.

I can see that you have set the footer to "Fixed Position". This setting makes your footer appear on a fixed spot on your screen. In addition, the footer was considerably wide.

The combination of these two configurations made it look as if your page is not appearing.

To change that you can either reverse the "Fixed Position" by clicking on the Footer > Uncheck button "Fixed Position".

Or you can minimize the footer by dragging the handle downwards to minimize the width of the footer.

If you need further assistance please contact us again.

      Nika.
