      Please note that you are logged in to the wrong account. 

      Please try using the following email address: empoweredbymovement@icloud.com

       

      Please use the 'forgot password' option in the Login button:

       
      1. Go to Wix.com.
      2. Click Login/Sign Up.
      3. From the Login screen, under Password, click Forgot password.
      4. From the Forgot Your Password? screen, in the Email: field, type the email that you use to login to Wix.
      5. Click GO.
       
      An email will be sent to you with instructions and a link to update your password.
       
      If you use Firefox or Chrome, and you allowed your browser to save your passwords, you can try to retrieve your login details:
       
      For Firefox, go to Options --> Security --> Saved Passwords.
      For Chrome, go to Options --> Personal Stuff --> Manage Saved Passwords.

    I've already made my website but haven't published it yet. I keep on typing in my gmail username and password, but it says I have not yet started. I spent 2 days on Wix creating it and learning new things to make it cooler. Nothing pops up as my website. Can you help me.

    I was in the middle of adding photos and galleries to my website when the editor froze. Once it caught up with my simple task of clicking on a menu I wanted to edit, multiple menus and pages of photo galleries completely disappeared from my website, and I have no idea how to recover them. I really hope I don't have to completely reorganize and upload these files, and that there is a way to recover previous settings.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

      Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

      To download the latest Google Chrome browser please click here
      To download the latest Firefox browser please click here
      To download the latest Safari browser please click here
      To download the latest Internet Explorer browser please click here

    I just spoke to Google and they think it is a wix routing problem.  Any suggestions.

    Can anyone please help.

    My site can longer be seen.  WWW.SJAGLOBAL.com

    My site was working perfectly at WWW.SJAGLOBAL.com for 2 days.  Last night I received an error message from wix indicating that "wix was experiencing technical difficulties and we are aware of the problem".  The only way my site can be viewed now is anyone who I sent the link to by email before last nights problem can still view it if they click on the WWW.SJAGLOBAL.com web address on the email.

    If one tries to type in the address on the google search bar or http address nothing comes up for the site.

    Please respond if you have experienced or can help me with this problem or call or email me at my personal email if not too much trouble.

    Hello,

    Can anyone please help.

    My site is no longer available.  WWW.SJAGLOBAL.com

    My site has dissapeared, it still exists on the web as a published site but not in my account, can you tell me how to retrieve it? In my account it says I haven't created one yet?

    My site has disappeared and i cant even log in with my details anymore, this is a university radio station website and we need this up and running as soon as possible, the domain is blast-westlondon.com.

      I can see that in the account that holds the site you've mentioned above, you have an active site named: www.blastbeat-westlondon.com

       

      Is this the site you're referring to?

       

      Please note that the domain you've mentioned above is indeed located in your account however it isn't assigned to a wix site. To do so, you will need to upgrade your account.

       

      To upgrade your site, please go to My Account > click Upgrade your site under the site you want to upgrade.

      Hi there,

      We have two sites under the same account one being:

      Blastbeat-westlondon.com

      and the other

      Blast-westlondon.com

      Both sites have been live for over a year and we have recently just paid again for another year.

      I do not understand why i cannot log onto the wix site either. I am using the correct details and cant seem to access anything.

      The main site: blast-westlondon.com has been up and running and live until a week or so ago, So something has happened seeing that it has completly dissappeared.

      Any help you can give me would be great.

      Hey,

      Going over your account I can see that the premium plan that was used to connect the domain blast-westlondon.com to the site blastradiouwl was cancelled on April 13.

      Please repurchase the plan and assign it to the site in order to reconnect the domain to it.

    Hi, I have been saving my site while editing it about a week ago. Now in My Account, it is stated that I have yet to start a site. My previous effort just disappeared. What should I do now?
