    Hi! My live site seems to work fine if I open it with Google Chrome. But when people are opening it with Internet Explorer and other browsers, it either is not there, or is scattered over dozens of pages. Please can you help or fix this?

    Hi my site is also not working. If I go in and press publish, it works again, but only temporarily. My domain is www.ccthecat.com.

      Hi Ilia,

      thanks for your response. It was working the other night as I had just refreshed it. It's now not working again if you check now. The instructions you sent weren't helpful as they weren't specific to my problem, they were about upload issues, I'm not having upload issues. Right this moment the page is opening on my i-phone but not on my mac.

      I'd appreciate some more specific assistance, thanks.

    hi, my site doesn't always come up.

    It sometimes says it's due to a long running script..

      I've tested your site and it loaded fine on my end multiple times. Which browser are you using to view the site? Does it occur when you're using different browsers?

    I can view our http://www.homedesignstore.co.nz on both a PC and Mac but customers have been complaining that when they attempt to open the site nothings coming up. We've received this complaint from numerous customers and are unsure what to do or how to fix it. Could you please help us because this is slowing down our business dramatically.

      If you have just recently connected your namservers to Wix, please note that it may take 72 hours for the records to fully propagate, therefore your domain may connect inconsistently.

      Please let us know if this issue persists or if you have connected your domain more than 72 hours ago.

      I was unable to recreate this issue from my side. Please let us know if you can find anything in common with those users. Such as browser type, geo location etc'.

      Please also make sure that this issue is still occurring.

    my website is www.emalandry.com and it seems like its impossible to navigate trough the pages...

    I don't know why...When you click on musique...or biographie it doesn't bring you there...It stays in ACCUEIL...

      I can't reproduce this problem: I was able to navigate through your pages without problem.

      But I checked in you editor, and I saw that you should reduce the image size or position. The image is overlapping your menu, and this can cause a problem of navigation on your end: http://screencast.com/t/2nkIJdNM3P.

    My website is VERY slow when it loads. I've tried it on both macs and pcs as well as different browsers. This is what shows up (instead of all the pictures and links). It still gets stuck about 70% of the time. Sometimes it only loads half the graphics before it gets stuck. Please can you fix this problem.

      Have you tried accessing the site from different ISPs?

      Also might there be any popup blockers/ firewalls/ antivirus programs that might interfere the loading of the site?

    My site appears to be linked to about 15 different ip addresses.  Its still a free site.  Your directions show how to find out if it is pointing to just one ip address or not but does not state how to fix the issue when it is pointing to more than one.  Site sometimes comes up and sometimes does not.
