I can't reproduce this problem: I was able to navigate through your pages without problem.

But I checked in you editor, and I saw that you should reduce the image size or position. The image is overlapping your menu, and this can cause a problem of navigation on your end: http://screencast.com/t/2nkIJdNM3P.

My website is VERY slow when it loads. I've tried it on both macs and pcs as well as different browsers. This is what shows up (instead of all the pictures and links). It still gets stuck about 70% of the time. Sometimes it only loads half the graphics before it gets stuck. Please can you fix this problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience you are currently experiencing.

I tried accessing your site and experienced no difficulty.

I also ran a loading time test and the results are really good. See it here.

Have you tried accessing the site from different ISPs?

Also might there be any popup blockers/ firewalls/ antivirus programs that might interfere the loading of the site?

Let us know if you require further assistance.

My site appears to be linked to about 15 different ip addresses.  Its still a free site.  Your directions show how to find out if it is pointing to just one ip address or not but does not state how to fix the issue when it is pointing to more than one.  Site sometimes comes up and sometimes does not.

My website has five pages (Home, About Me, Portfolio, Resume, and Contact). On a PC my website works perfectly fine. However, on a Mac only the Home page loads, the other links don't appear and it is impossible to get to my other pages.

This is an assignment and my professor cannot grade it until she can view it on her Mac. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, i recently purchased and published the site www.brioliver.net but it does not show up on mobiles, having tested both the optimised and un-optimised versions.

Furthermore, the site shows up fine in Chrome but does not load whatsoever in Internet Explorer. TEST RESULTS:  http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140224_CJ_10Q1/

Having paid a premium price this is simply not good enough.

    I expect remedial support.

      Hey ambience2125

Which mobile device/version, OS/version and browser/version are you using?

I've just visited your site on my mobile device, and it loaded perfectly well.

Regarding IE- which IE version are you using?:

Wix isn't compatible with IE8 because it doesn't support HTML5 features. For more information on this issue, please read the article here. Please upgrade to a more advanced version of Internet Explorer, or consider using FireFox or Google Chrome.

The HTML Editor is compatible only on IE9 and up (IE10 and IE11). If you have Internet Explorer 9 and you are receiving an error that your Internet Explorer browser needs to be updated but you already have the most updated version, please follow the steps here. To download the latest Internet Explorer browser please click here.

I am using 'Samsung Galaxy Ace II - I8160' and the browser 'Android 2'. However i have tried it on numerous other Android devices and it has never worked yet.

Below is all i ever see when i use the un-optimised version (Nothing is clickable)

And below is all i ever see when i run the optimised version:

The IE issue is not a problem anymore but the inability of the website to load on numerous android devices is a major problem.

It appears that your site is not connected properly to Wix, we generally advise our users to connect their sites using name servers rather than pointing as it provides a more stable connection.

Please ask your domain host to connect your site to Wix name servers.

Our name servers are NS1.WIX.COM (IP address and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address

Please follow the steps provided here.

Note: When connecting your domain to the Wix name servers there are two important steps that you must complete.

      1) Firstly you must go to your Wix Domain Manager (My Account > Manage Premium > Domains) and add your domain.
For more information, please click here.
      2) Please contact your domain host and ask them to connect your domain via the name servers (ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com).
Both of these steps are essential and the omission of either will result in a domain that’s not connected correctly.

Let us know should you require further assistance with this process.

OK.  So what do I do if that's not the DNS I'm getting.  All but two locations in the list show a different DNS than what I should have.  The other two just have a red "X" next to them.  My site seems to come up sometimes.  Other times, it starts to load and then goes straight to the www.wix.com.  I'm currently taking a class where they will be reviewing my portfolio.  I'm not going to pass if they can't even see it.

      Hi Shelly,

Are you reffering to this domain: trainwreckkaraoke.com ?

If yes, please note that this domain name is not registered. Please verify that you have typed your domain name correctly. Also, please make sure that you own the domain name (you bought this domain name at a registrar such as GoDaddy, Network Solutions, Yahoo, etc).

      For more information click here.

      Thanks, Nicole,

It does appear to be correct now.  I checked it right before my last post and I was still getting a second IP address.  Now I only see one.  Not sure what changed, but I'll be in touch if it happens again.  :)
