Thanks for the help but unfortunately, it still does not help me with the help. Anyway, I have created a trace route. First one is the server that stores the website (static.parastorage.com) and the other is the domain itself (www.barasoainchurch.org).

Our church website also appears to be down at certain intervals... 2 days ago it is down yesterday it is up but then again it went down today. Here is a screenshot:

I forgot to tell you (if relevant) the screenshots i posted on my previously are using google.
The following screenshot are using Safari. Please note, that as I mentioned before, I sometimes open my site without any problems at all using Crome, Safari and Firefox, right?

I had a premium site with Wix and experiencing exactly the same problems as my fellow users. To say, I'd read several times all the posted issues from other of the users of Wix and find out that these problem affect many of your clients. This is starting getting very frustrating as you may well understand your users need better customer services and a more clear approach to resolve our problems.
I started by clearing my browser's cache weeks ago and my domain name is pointing to Wix following your previous guidelines. I check my SEO a week ago and the info about the existence of my site is more prominent when I search it in google (for example). However, the site doesn't always open. Please see below both screenshots, one while searching site, the other while trying to open site.
I have 3 Mac osx at home all with updated browsers and at work I have checked my site on other 4 PCs. My friends on the other end are checking my site on their own devices, Mac, PCs, Iphones, etc,..What is wrong? Why my site appears just sometimes, very randomly? It doesn't make no sense. You previously told me to be aware that it can take anywhere from 1 – 3 months for my site to be crawled and indexed in order to appear in search engines such as Google or Yahoo. BUT WHY IT DOES APPEARS SOMETIMES? Also you said that this waiting period is the same for all websites, not just those created using Wix. Well, is there anyway for you to provide your users of the warranty that our sites are going to be crawled and indexed? You might know how to help us with that, don't you?
Please, I don't know which level of control you have at the other end in terms of properly supervising my performance using Wix and provide me with the right help to resolve these issues.

I have been able to access my website just fine via Safari (newest version), however several of the users of my website have reported that they go to the Wix homepage instead of my website. This is really irritating as this is the way my guests are RSVPing for my husbands and mine celebration and I need this to work as the site is on the invitations!
1 was a Safari user, was able to load the page but was not able to load the RSVP/contact box
1 was a Firefox user, got the homepage of Wix
1 was also getting a message saying my webpage did not exist.
I prompted them to retype in the address to ensure it was correct. I don't have a special domain for my site either- just the generic wix domain.

I would like if a tech could explain why my site works periodically. The link is http://avodaconsulting.wix.com/bdos but it does not connect to the site every time. Sometime it says the site is not published yet although it is. Please assist.

I'm in the same boat as most..
I experience frequent downtime. My website just appears as a blank page most of the time. Would like to know if it is technical difficulty or is wix experiencing large volume of users.
I have checked the IP address, DNS and all. They are working fine.
My Customer wanted to go to WIx.com. I switched from a flash site to a html5 site (premium - I'm paying for this). The switch was made for business reasons - because flash isn't accessible from all devices.
Well, ever since I've switched it to html5 - it's slow, sometimes it doesn't load @ at until you "refresh" your browser. I am seriously getting irritated with technical issues & customer service! Tired of white pages and/or hearing of folks not able to access the site. The "party line" response is "clear cache" etc. That's not acceptable. I've built sites for years and years and never had such issues.
I've checked my site from a minimum of 10 different devices - iphones, android phones, tablets, computers, etc -
