    Hi :) 

    my website is (www.mayaartstudio.wix.com/english) and (www.mayaartstudio.wix.com/persian). I made the site in Italy but the users are mostly in Iran. when I open the page, it loads in 5-6 sec properly but the users from Iran can't open it. They get error messages showing the page can not be opened.( start page does NOT record your IP address). 



    I'll appreciate if you tell me what to do

      Hey Arian,

      I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties. This IP address is correct and your sites are working properly: 




      We are not experiencing this issue from any other users accessing sites from Iran. Is it multiple people trying to access your site from there that are encountering this issue or one individual? Could they send you a screenshot that you can forward to us?

      Your domain isn't pointing to Wix's Nameservers. Please contact your domain host and include the following:

       

      I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195).

      ---

      Once that's done on your hosts' side, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to propagate.

    hi,

    my website is: www.lasting-impressions.org

    even though I've cleared my cache (and have to quite a lot to use wix, which is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING), my site still only partially loads (just the header and footer and none of the links work). i thought it was only my computer, but a few of my customers are saying the site just gives them a blank screen. did i do something wrong? sometimes if i clear my cache and restart firefox it will give me my site, but only for a few minutes, then i have to do all that over again. people will not visit my site if they have to go to all that trouble every time they come to the site!!!

    this is the 3rd or 4th site i've bought from wix and never had these problems before. it's extremely frustrating...

      I checked your site and was unable to recreate the issue. Your site came up properly and quickly on my end.

      Do these users use the same browser type? If so which browser and what version?

      Please go through the steps provided here to make sure that your issue is not a local one. If the steps in the link didn't resolve your issues, please answer the questions in the same link.

    Hi, I've done the DNS check and it isnt the same WIX told me it should be.

    The result I got for all regions was: 216.185.152.144 and I was supposed to be: 216.185.152.148

    Yesterday the page seemed to work fine and this morning it has worked and then it stopped.

    The message I get from chrome is: Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.juliabrofman.com.br

      Hi Julia,

      I checked your site using Google Chrome, however I wasn't able to recreate the issue you are having. Shown in the screenshot below:

      Note that if you have connected your domain recently it may take up to 72 hours to fully propagate on all locations. 

       

      If 72 hours have passed and the issue persists, please clear your browsers cache and let us know if the issue is resolved. You can find step by step instructions here.

      I have visited your domain and I see it is correctly directed to your Wix site. Your site works perfectly!

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

       Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.


      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

      yup, it does.

      the actual problem lies in the server static.parastorage.com - the site IP address pings normally, but the static.parastorage.com (where the site's content is stored) isn't, as you can see in the trace route and ping command.

      I have been able to attain the same IP results. Your domain is up and running on my end.

       

      It seems like your IP addresses, as acquired from the run: ping option, the Best Reply herein above and the whatsmyDNS check, all match.

      In case your domain still does not load, please provide us with a screenshot of the window you see while attempting to load the site. For instructions on how to take a screenshot, please use this link.

      It appears that you simply need to wait for the site to fully load.

      I just checked your site and it loaded perfectly on my end:

      If it's taking too long to load there may be a local issue.

      Please try to access your site from a different computer that uses a different internet connection.

      Hi barasoainchurch,

       

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

       

       

      If your issues persists, then please try the following:

       

      In Windows, the operating system caches the DNS lookup for a domain name, linking it to a particular IP. Once the IP changes (for instance, when you connect your domain to Wix), Windows looks up the cached information that it has instead of looking up the new DNS settings for that domain name.

       

      Refreshing the browser, and clearing the browser’s cache will not resolve the issue. Instead, please follow these steps (for a Windows environment only):

      1. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt

      2. In the Command Prompt, type the following: ‘ipconfig /flushdns’

       

      If you are using an Apple MAC environment, to flush the DNS:

      1. Open the Terminal. (Go > Utilities > Terminal).

      2. Type in the following: dscacheutil -flushcache

    Hi,

     

    Have you tried checking if this inconsistent behavior happens also on other computers connected to different internet connections?

    Are you working behind a proxy of firewall?

    Please answer these questions that we can go further with investigating this issue.

    Thanks for the help but unfortunately, it still does not help me with the help. Anyway, I have created a trace route. First one is the server that stores the website (static.parastorage.com) and the other is the domain itself (www.barasoainchurch.org).
