    Hi,

    I have done the domain connection however the website sometimes can be view but sometimes show your website is under construction.

      I have visited your domain and I see it is correctly directed to your Wix site. Your site works perfectly!

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

    this means nothing to me and I should not have to do this, I have changed nothing on my page or how I log in or amend stuff. please fix this issue

    Hi Wix,

    A few people have told me that they are struggling to get onto our wedding website (not working), yet a few others are accessing it fine. I therefore logged on to check the DNS and this showed it was pointing to two different IP addresses. I therefore amended the A record and saw the change. Upon checking this morning (the DNS/A record) it has reverted back again!

    Could you please help? I haven't amended it today as I would like you to see. Could this please get sorted ASAP please as a lot of time has bern put into this and what with it bring a wedding website and me paying for it, I do need it fully functional.

      Just checked the A record and the changes I made yesterday have saved. However the DNS check has reverted back. Why is this?

      If you are not able to recreate the issue, please ask your users to make sure their browser is up to date.

    Hello, 

    our website waste2wear.com doesnt function properly and only loads well in certain countries. in china it only loads the menu, in the netherlands and singapore we get errors on videos and pictures. 

    It all worked fine until a few days ago. I have only made a few minor changes. please advice.

    At WIX, I just updated my A Record per these instructions, below.  My websites are still not pulling up.  Does it take time after I change the DNS record?

      I have tired all that already, cleared cache, cookies virus scan checked settings. it wont load from any browser. i cannot figure out why it's doing this. I wanted to upgrade but not when i can access the site once out of 10 times. I really hope wix can figure this out. thanks lee

      I checked your site using different browsers and I was unable to recreate this issue.

      What happens when you try accessing your live site?

      Please try following these steps:

      If you connect through a router, please try connecting directly through the modem.
      Try to disable the Internet security programs and try again (ie, antivirus, firewall, etc.).
       
      Try connecting from another computer that uses a different network to connect to the Internet.
       
       
      Please let us know if this issue persists.

      when i try to load site it just stays stuck loading, wont open. My modem is connected directly still not working. when i try to make a new site, it lets me in right away. But i cannot access my site. its been days, very frusterating.

      I've tested your site as well on a number of different updated browsers and computers, it loaded perfectly on all of them.

       

      As mentioned above, try connecting from another computer that uses a different network to connect to the Internet.

       

      Should the issue persist, please provide us with a screenshot of the issue as you see it on your end in order for us to investigate and assist.

      Hi,

       

      I've just tried to access your site using Chrome, IE and FF but couldn't recreate this issue on my end, it seems to load in all browsers. Please advise, was this a one time error or is the issue persisting? I've checked all your domain settings and everything seems to be in order.

    Hi :) 

    my website is (www.mayaartstudio.wix.com/english) and (www.mayaartstudio.wix.com/persian). I made the site in Italy but the users are mostly in Iran. when I open the page, it loads in 5-6 sec properly but the users from Iran can't open it. They get error messages showing the page can not be opened.( start page does NOT record your IP address). 



    I'll appreciate if you tell me what to do

      I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties. This IP address is correct and your sites are working properly: 




      We are not experiencing this issue from any other users accessing sites from Iran. Is it multiple people trying to access your site from there that are encountering this issue or one individual? Could they send you a screenshot that you can forward to us?
