We are aware of this error and we are currently working on a fix.


We will update on this thread.

Meanwhile you can use one of the following suggestions

1. Reload the editor - This error will continue to occur when you have the same editor session open. Reloading the editor will reset the session but you will  lose the changes and updates you made since the last save/publish. You will be able to  work in the editor and save/publish your site again once you have reloaded it.

2. Duplicate the pages - If you do not want to lose the changes you have made, you can duplicate the pages on your site and delete the old pages. You should be able to save/publish your site again.

      Hi,

      To duplicate a page, click on Pages in your editor > Select the page you want to duplicate > click on Page Settings it's the little blue wheel > at the top of the new tab that opened you have the option to Duplicate.

    Hi! I am getting this message: Error: 10104
    If you are experiencing this error, please let us know by posting in our forum, here. Be sure to follow the forum thread for our updates. I really do not want to loose my work. What can I do?

    I am getting this message when I go to my site. 

    Your site isn't published yet! To get your site online, click Publish in the editor. My website is:  http://theresumeme.wix.com/

    This is very frustrating as customers are redirected to my site and I have no idea how many days this has been down. I have published it and it tells me it is live but it is not.

      Hi,

       

      I see you have two websites - one is indeed published and can be accessed via this URL: http://theresumeme.wix.com/resumeme

       

      Your other website, moreland-staffing, is not published yet. In order for any changes to your Wix site to appear live, you will need to publish your site.

       

      To publish your site: From the top of the Editor, click Publish > review your SEO and Mobile View options > click Publish.

      After a few seconds, the confirmation box will appear > click OK.

       

      Note: Saving changes will not make them appear live. Every time that you save your site, you will need to click Publish to make the saved changes appear live.

    I cannot save my work, I've just started working on a new site.  I've duplicated the page I was working on, deleted the original and tried to save again.  Nothing works.

      Please note that I have checked your account and there are no existing sites under it. Please provide us with the following details in order for us to assist you:

      1. Wix Username: 
      2. Email Address used to register your Wix account
      3. Wix URL (i.e. http://www.wix.com/username/site orusername.wix.com/site): 
      4. Domain Name attached to your account.

       

      Also, please follow the instructions provided here to make sure it is not a local issue.

      Nevermind, I lost all my work when I exited the editor since nothing else worked.  Guess I'll start again.

      Next time I highly recommend you to keep the editor tab open and on a different tab logout and then login to your Wix account.

    there is an 10104 Error.. can someone please do something about this. LIKE NOW PLEASE !!!!!!

    I do not wanna lose 5 hours of work.. !!!!!!!!!!!!

    WTH !!! it took me 5 hours to complete my website.. now it doesn't let me !!!!!!! it says error
