I'm having the same issue. I cannot double click to edit text, nor does anything happen when I right click and press edit text. Major hold up. Site: thebrassangel

      Hey,

I noticed that you have posted multiple questions on the forum.

In order to receive a more accurate response and to avoid any confusion with overlapping material, please post your question only once.

This will also speed up our response time to you since you will not have to repeat your issue multiple times and explain it to multiple representatives.

Please refer to our response in this thread.

I can't view my website properly using a mobile phone. It is showing me a very old mobile version when viewed from a phone, but it shows a different website preview using wix editor. Can you please check that?

When I use Optimized mobile view, I get a different website from the preview in wix editor.

When I use Pre-optimized view, the site doesn't load except for the background of the older version.

I actually want the website that shows in wix editor, a version that is synced with desktop site. What can I do fix it? Current mobile version is a custom made, and doesn't include restaurant menu. I want the synced version so that I don't have to manually put all the restaurant menu items.

I hope I made it clear, but you can ask me anything regarding the issue.

      Hi Deniz,

I can see you have published your site yesterday.

Unfortunately I cannot recreate the issue, using several mobile phones.

The mobile view matches what I can see using the mobile phones, and it doesn't seem to contain different content than the one on the desktop version.

Please add screenshots depicting the differences so it is clear to see them. Please also elaborate as to what parts appear different in the mobile and desktop version.

For instructions on how to take a screenshot, please use this link.

To upload the screenshot, simply click on the "Upload" button and follow the steps.

      All the best, Or

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply.

Here are the screenshots;Preview in wix editor:

I'd like the second screenshot version of the website for the mobile version. When I hit publish, it makes no difference on the mobile site, but the editor changes are being saved. Can you please look at mobile website in the editor and compare it to a mobile device?

Please let me know if it's not clear.

      Hi,

The old WixMobile was turned on for this site, and that's why you were getting your old Mobile site. I disabled the old WixMobile for you, and the Optimized Mobile view (i.e.: The second screenshot that you sent) now appears when visiting your site via mobile phone. Check it out!
