my mailboxes expired and i've tried to repurchase it after 5 days . However when am asked to sign in to the admin account I get this message:
"No services have been enabled/installed for you. Please contact your admin."
.....the mailbox i am trying to repurchase is for dolphin11group account.....
please help me what do i need to do to rectify this.

Hi, I have renewed my payment for 2 mailboxes on June 5.
Still, google (or wix) has suspended my domains (noking.com.au) access to gmail.
I have been on the phone to google and they advised that they have not have reecieved payment from wix.
On my wix billing page it clearly stated the mailboxes have been paid for but any click on 'mailbox set up' or 'google console' just gives me this respones:
We are sorry, but your Google Apps for Business subscription has been suspended because you chose to cancel your subscription at the end of the term.
If you would like to continue using Google Apps for Business, please change your renewal option by visiting the Billing page and clicking on the plus sign next to Google Apps for Business.
When I then click o billing this window pops upwith no option to click anything.
Please fix this, as I have paid for services that are not being rendered by wix.
I have temporarily changed over to use my crazy domain mail boxes but they are not email exchange and I want to use gmail.

My website is www.begoodorBeGreat.com. I created a domain from that name. I'm having trouble reviving emails to demecoschambers@begoodorBeGreat.com I know they are going through because none have bounced back. But I'm not seeing where they are going. I've checked my gmail account and this one. Still nothing?

What is going on my business heavily uses email for timesheets and payroll !! today my payment didnt work aparantly and with no warning i have no incoming email i have updated payment and im still not receiving nothing please help quickly otherwise i could be in a lot of trouble

I have a mail adress with domain called streamware.net
The credit card didn't owner the payment (I didn't get any alert)
I did this morning all the payment with another cc and I am getting only part of the mails sent to me (did tests with others)

I have tried all the google support information and it is telling me that it is something to do with the MX records which are to do with Wix not google.
Please can someone contact me as my IT knowledge is very minimal and I desperately need my emails working.
They are sending fine but cannot receive and every time I try and send an email to my new gmail account provided to me by wix i get a message saying
"unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server."
Please can someone contact me urgently. I have very important emails to receive.

Like others here I have created my email account firstname.lastname@example.org and have sent a number of test emails but none of them have arrived in either my gmail account or in the email attached to my WIX account. I have attached a screenshot of the message from google when I try to manage my account
