    Hello again, I'm a fairly new user so I apologize for the double email. I'm writing this in the reply section but this is actually a question about an issue I'm facing:

      I receive emails when they are sent through my website, using the contact form BUT I do not receive them when people use the actual contact address (info@nmnmcis.com) without going through the website.

    What can I do/should I know to fix this problem ?

    Hello

    Business2turkey emails

    Hi,

    I purchased 2 emails from wix for google email. e.kalali@business2turkey.com  and info@business2turkey.com . Since 2 weeks I don't get any email to my these emails. Could you please help me how can I fix this problem?

    I need to talk to somebody. I am not receiving emails that I purchased from Wix. Is there a live person that I can talk to.What is your telephone number.  Thanks.

      We're here to help! Wix phone support can be scheduled by clicking here
      Please be sure you are logged in to your Wix account and be prepared to provide us with some details of your issue.

      You can call 1-800-6000-WIX (949) to contact a live agent without having to schedule in advance (Callers outside the US can call 415-639-9034).
      Please note that wait times will be longer for direct calls than scheduled calls and that you must cancel any pending scheduled calls (either online or through the phone) to get through to a live agent when you call the above numbers.

    I have just paid for my personal email address on my webshop. I have sent a couple of test emails to myself but i have received none of them. :( I would like to connect my hotmail account to this. Is it possible at all? If so, can you point out how to do it please. Thanks

      Thank you for contacting Wix Support.

       

      I have checked the Google Apps email records for your domain susansnailstore.co.uk and they properly set up. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for changes to be updated.

       

      Please also check the Junk / Spam folders to see that the emails are not being recognized as spam.

       

      If the issue is with the MailChimp app, you can contact their support directly at customersupport@mailchimp.com.

       

      As for using Hotmail, please click here for instructions on how to connect a mailbox hosted elsewhere to your Wix site.

    Hi, 

    According to the error message it seems like whoever is trying to send you the email is using a service program (for example Outlook or Apple's mail app) and didn't set it up correctly, which is why it doesn't let it send it. 

     

    Which email are you trying to get your mails to?

    G-mails never arrive

    Hi, 

    Whenever someone with a gmail address sends an email to our business, they get an undeliverable message that says:

    Technical details of permanent failure:
    Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain *******

    The error that the other server returned was:
    ***.*.*.* <********@gmail.com>... You are using wrong SMTP server to send as ******r@gmail.com

    then a bunch of technical gibberish.

    Any idea what is happening. This only began in the last week or so.

    hello,

    my mailboxes expired and i've tried to repurchase it after 5 days . However  when am asked to sign in to the admin account I get this message: 

    "No services have been enabled/installed for you. Please contact your admin."

    .....the mailbox i am trying to repurchase is for dolphin11group account.....

    please help me what do i need to do to rectify this.

      Hi,

       

      If your Google Apps email subscription has expired, please go to Manage Premium, click the Mailboxes tab, click on Repurchase mailbox, and follow the instructions.

      Please note that it may not be be possible to repurchase your Google Apps mailbox until up to 5 days after the expiry date. If you are unable to use the repurchase feature, please try again later.

      thanks for your quick response. I appreciate.

      it has been over 5days since the expiry date(more than a week) I have tried and still get the same message:

      "No services have been enabled/installed for you. Please contact your admin."

      Hi,

       

      Make sure your billing information are updated.

      You can change your credit card number, billing name and billing address simply by entering Wix.com -> click on My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > Billing & Payments > click Manage next to the relevant plan > Next to Payment method click on Update payment method.

      If your Google Apps email subscription has expired, please go to Manage Premium, click the Mailboxes tab, click on Repurchase mailbox, and follow the instructions.

    Hi, I have renewed my payment for 2 mailboxes on June 5.

    Still, google (or wix) has suspended my domains (noking.com.au) access to gmail.

    I have been on the phone to google and they advised that they have not have reecieved payment from wix. 

    On my wix billing page it clearly stated the mailboxes have been paid for but any click on 'mailbox set up' or 'google console' just gives me this respones:

    We are sorry, but your Google Apps for Business subscription has been suspended because you chose to cancel your subscription at the end of the term. 
    If you would like to continue using Google Apps for Business, please change your renewal option by visiting the Billing page and clicking on the plus sign next to Google Apps for Business.

    When I then click o billing this window pops upwith no option to click anything.

    Please fix this, as I have paid for services that are not being rendered by wix.

    I have temporarily changed over to use my crazy domain mail boxes but they are not email exchange and I want to use gmail.

    I can't see direct emails sent to my domain name

    My website is www.begoodorBeGreat.com. I created a domain from that name. I'm having trouble reviving emails to demecoschambers@begoodorBeGreat.com I know they are going through because none have bounced back. But I'm not seeing where they are going. I've checked my gmail account and this one. Still nothing?
