    This is utterly frustrating. I have been trying to repurchase my mailboxes all day. I have had no luck. Why cant we get emails when our plans are about to expire? I have tried to repurchase so many times I am absolutely done. Transfering my domain to another provider.

      Hi, 

      Please note that it may not be be possible to repurchase your Google Apps mailbox until up to 5 days after the expiry date.

      If you were unable to use the repurchase feature today, please try again.

    Hi, while i was connecting my youtube account with my e-mail account from google I was asked to enter date of birth and i did enter my company date of creation then google sent me to a page saying : 
    The Google Account for info@4kproductions.net has been disabled.
    You will not be able to sign in to this account or use it to access any Google products or services.
    You do not meet the age requirements for a Google Account. This account will be deleted in 26 days unless the birthday you entered was incorrect and you submit proof that you are 13 years old or older. Learn more.

    and i couldn't manage through their options as there is no link or steps to follow, then i sent an email to support.google.com/mail and they said that my google apps administrator which is outside of google is the one to re-enable my account, so please if you can help me with this i will be grateful. I have connected my domain with WIX and having a premium plan with WIX. my domain www.4kproductions.net and my e-mail account is info@4kproductions.net

      You need to contact the Google apps admin console, with your Google apps credentials, and ask them to reactivate your account.

    Hi,

    I'm not receiving our domain emails to my email address. Communications@wideeyedproductions.com is supposed to come to me at agavaletz@gmail.com. I logged into our wix site, and followed the trouble shooting options, and from what I can tell everything is set up correctly. Can you help?

    Hello again, I'm a fairly new user so I apologize for the double email. I'm writing this in the reply section but this is actually a question about an issue I'm facing:

      I receive emails when they are sent through my website, using the contact form BUT I do not receive them when people use the actual contact address (info@nmnmcis.com) without going through the website.

    What can I do/should I know to fix this problem ?

    Business2turkey emails

    Hi,

    I purchased 2 emails from wix for google email. e.kalali@business2turkey.com  and info@business2turkey.com . Since 2 weeks I don't get any email to my these emails. Could you please help me how can I fix this problem?

      We're here to help! Wix phone support can be scheduled by clicking here
      Please be sure you are logged in to your Wix account and be prepared to provide us with some details of your issue.

      You can call 1-800-6000-WIX (949) to contact a live agent without having to schedule in advance (Callers outside the US can call 415-639-9034).
      Please note that wait times will be longer for direct calls than scheduled calls and that you must cancel any pending scheduled calls (either online or through the phone) to get through to a live agent when you call the above numbers.

    I have just paid for my personal email address on my webshop. I have sent a couple of test emails to myself but i have received none of them. :( I would like to connect my hotmail account to this. Is it possible at all? If so, can you point out how to do it please. Thanks

      I have checked the Google Apps email records for your domain susansnailstore.co.uk and they properly set up. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for changes to be updated.

       

      Please also check the Junk / Spam folders to see that the emails are not being recognized as spam.

       

      If the issue is with the MailChimp app, you can contact their support directly at customersupport@mailchimp.com.

       

      As for using Hotmail, please click here for instructions on how to connect a mailbox hosted elsewhere to your Wix site.

    Hi, 

    According to the error message it seems like whoever is trying to send you the email is using a service program (for example Outlook or Apple's mail app) and didn't set it up correctly, which is why it doesn't let it send it. 

     

    Which email are you trying to get your mails to?

    G-mails never arrive

    Hi, 

    Whenever someone with a gmail address sends an email to our business, they get an undeliverable message that says:

    Technical details of permanent failure:
    Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain *******

    The error that the other server returned was:
    ***.*.*.* <********@gmail.com>... You are using wrong SMTP server to send as ******r@gmail.com

    then a bunch of technical gibberish.

    Any idea what is happening. This only began in the last week or so.
