To set up your additional mailboxes please follow these steps:
 

1. From Wix.com, click SubscriptionsMailboxes.
2. From the Mailboxes tab, next to the relevant mailbox, under Mail Options, click Manage.
3. From Mail Boxes Summary, under Manage Settings, click Google Control Panel settings and sign into your account.
4. From the Google control panel, click Users.
5. From Users, click the add user icon to create a new user.
 

You will be able to set up your new mailboxes directly from this section of Google's Control Panel.

    I have paid for 2 email addresses. But I didn't set up the second account. I cannot log into a account in google as I have not set it up. Yet i cannot seem to find where I can log back in and set up the second account that I have already paid for

      If you purchased a Google Apps email via Wix, you can access it easily from within your Wix account. To manage your mail box please go to SubscriptionsMailboxes.

       

      You can also sign into your mailbox through Gmail.com. Simply enter your entire Google Apps email address, including @mydomain.com, and your password.

      Please note: If you already have a Google Apps account or a Gmail account, you will be asked by default to login to that account. In this case:
      1. Click on Sign in with a different account.
      2. Click Add Account.
      3. Insert your full admin username- user@domain.com .

    set up second paid email account

    I have purchased two email account however i cannot seem to find where to go set up the second account.

    How do i describe other mail accounts which  i've already purchased before?My Domain doesnt appear in the list.

      Please elaborate on your question. 

      Are you trying to access your mailbox? If you purchased a Google Apps email via Wix, you can access it easily from within your Wix account. To manage your mail box please go to SubscriptionsMailboxes.

    Is there a limit to the number of e-mails I can have for my site?

      Hey,

       

      Thank you for contacting Wix support!

      We have a limit of 20 mailbox's for the initial purchase. However, after the initial purchase you can add as many mailbox's as you wish.

    How to create email

    I bought two emails for my account. I was able to create an inbox orders@broadwaymasala.net. I want to create another inbox as I bought two inboxes. How can this be done? FYI- My domain is registered with GoDaddy.

    New email account - can't find it

    In the past, I have created additional emails through Wix with ease. Today I created another email account and while I was given the option of which domain to use, I was not given the option of how the address would read before the domain, such as: sarah@goodbusiness.com

    Wix created the email account and charged me, but I have no idea what the email address is or where it is.

    hello everyone, i am going to explain my procedure of how i got to my problem.

    i currently own www.acemovers.co.uk domain and site, this is set up through wix, i set up a webmail for this site through wix and linked it to my gmail account. now i have access to info@acemovers.co.uk

    now i have set up another website, www.acebusinessconsultants.com with my same wix account, since then i have purchased a second mail box with wix for my business partner and sucsesfully linked it to her gmail account.

    after sucsesfully creating her webmail for www.acebusinessconsultants.com i have now purchased a third webmail on my account and wanted to make this new mail Patrick@acebusinessconsultants.com linked to my same gmail account i own. but this time no option came on my screen after paying for the mailbox to set up my mail box's name or link it to my gmail?

    i have tried to log on my gmail and add users but the problem is that the user i want to add doesnt exist yet from wixs side so i don't know what to do.

    when i read wixs support it tells me to go to mail boxes, and click set up, but nothing appears on my screen, i cant select my domain name in order to get to my mailbox set up

      Please follow the instructions bellow to set up your new mailbox:

      1. From Wix.com, click "My Account".

      2. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click "Mailboxes".
      3. From the Mailboxes tab, next to the relevant domain name, under "Mail options", click "Manage".
      4. From Mailbox Summary, under "Manage Settings", click "Google Control Panal settings" and sign into your account.
      5. From the Google control panel, click "Users".
      6. From Users, click the "add user" icon to create a new user.

      You will be able to set up your new mailboxes directly from this section of Google's Control Panel.

    I just bought

    I just bought 1 years package + 2 emails adress, i try to register on google apps and told me the domain name is already register...HOw i dont have any google account

    Thank you for your help in this matter, I think that the issues I have been experiencing is down to being on the United kingdoms version of google as some of the pages you were describing were not on my version, so believe it was down to you using a US version.

    I can confirm that I have been able to set up both my email accounts now.
