Dear Support team,
This does not work today! When I try to set up email addresses I get to instruction 3 of this answer and under Mail Options all I get is "set up" there is no "manage" PLEASE can I speak to a real ive human being about this?

i bought to emails but didnt know that the bottom portion where it said to add another email was to add the second email that i created.. so i created to of the same one.. i need to change the second email from book_legacy to Duamell@legacymusik.com how do i do this..

Hi, I just purchased an extra email address for my domain but I don't think I had the chance to put a password in to access the gmail account. If I did I have forgotten it. How do I get into a gmail account without the password? when I try in gmail with that email address is says account not found so is there some way I can identify the email address I have created on Wix?

Thank you for your response however it did not answer one thing I need to do.
I purchased 2 email accounts yesterday.
My problem is when I set up these accounts and they asked for my name I put in my name "Michelle Vass" . Now on both email accounts it says "Michelle Vass" orders "michelle Vass' info. I DO NOT want my name there.
Can I set this up for saying "customer service" and not have a person name attached? I will have people responding in this account who are not myself.
I was sent information to do an alias account which does not make any sense to me since that account would appear on the reply and that defeats the purpose of having an account with my domain name in it.
Should I delete the emails I purchased and start all over? I can not get back into changing the settings of the emails that were set up. Which is says you can go back into later and change.

I just purchased wix emails and I am very confused.
1-I did not want my name attached to all the emails, is there a way I can change the name on who responds in the emails instead of having my name? like in customer service instead?
2-I do have them connected to my personal email account, not even sure how I did this, it looks like one attached so I can see the messages as they come in, can I respond from this account and it will appear that info@mydomain will respond to the customer?
3-How can I add the logo to the email accounts?

Now I've bought another address using wix, email@example.com . When I then tried to start this ended my firstname.lastname@example.org to work. Now - after much trouble.. I have started email@example.com again I dare not make another attempt to start my second address firstname.lastname@example.org then I can not afford to info @xlgrafiak.se stop working again.
Last time I got great help from you over the phone. But i am not helped by your suport "movie"

When you use the link bellow, you can login to your google admin account, and here you can change your username, password etc. etc.

I am not sure it this info will help at all, but I had this problem and the only way I solved it was by having a friend set up the emails accounts from a different computer and ip address. He seemed to have no problems! I wonder if some computers cache incorrect info and this causes the problems? But I am no techie!

I have the samen problem, I purchased a new email account. And now I try to setup a new email address. It is IMPOSSIBLE. I cannot even select my acount.
It is rediculous that you pay so many money for each email address and it is useless and the support is really creap. No possiblity for emailing and only support possible on next monday.

I have bought a domain and email with you, and today I bought the second domain and email. However, when I am trying to set up an email for the second domain, it states that it is unable to create second google apps, therefore unable to create email account for the second domain. I tried to enter google apps and add user, however, it also states that the limit of user is 1. So there is no way for me to create an email account with the second domain. Please assist! Thank you!
