To cancel your Google Apps email account: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > under Manage Premium, click Billing & Payments > under Mailbox Subscriptions, next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage.

Next to Next Payment, click Cancel > follow the steps provided.

 

Note: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.

    I've just read this feed and this is ridiculous. I have the same problem, I don't need two email addresses, I only need one. Cancelling both now and will be eventually moving my site out of wix.

    I cannot get into my email inbox, I completed a ticket (03898774) and you are telling me it takes 48 hours to get back to me?  Where is the 24/7 support?  I am a business that connects with its clients via email.  Your scripted responses are not helpful to everyone.  I am posting here hoping that someone would respond and I can get into my email inbox..

      Great outfit, I once tried to do a website on Wix and it was do it yourself all the way. No help at all, No customer support, nothing-- no people anywhere. Just another example of preditory business. Rope people in with false promices and then trap them in a progamed nightmare they can't get out of.  Great business model. Zero customer support. Even the phone number is bogus.

    Hi,

    Is there a way to change the email address I just made? I purchased one and made "justinbramhall@ahimsalandscaping.com" and came to the realization that it is just too long. I'd like to change it to "info@ahimsalandscaping.com." I've spent some time searching and haven't found a way. Do I just have to cancel that email address and eat that money and purchase another one?

      Since the mailbox is already set up, you can only makes changes via the Google Apps control panel. You can refer to their support pages to learn more.

    It is obvious from the above messages that WIX is flogging a Google email service that is not fit for purpose.

    I have just set up as WIX.com based website and have been lead to believe the gmail back email hosting facility was easy to use.
    This has not been the case and it has proved to be 'not fit for purpose'. The suitability of such a poor service is not appropriate for me.

    In the uk you have a right to return within 14days. This gmail facility was purchased less than 15mins ago. I have spent the last 10 mins trying to find a contact at Google support, which clearly does not exist. I wonder why?

    I am requiring a cancellation of payment immediately from google and a further justification from WIX as to why you are pushing this service instead of supporting other email hosting links?

    Please can you urgently inform me who to speak with.

      Very similar to those having issues below.

      What I did was:

      Set up a password,

      Go to 'get email'

      It asks for a pass word,

      You input password

      Then it tells you have already used this and need to put a new password in!

      Why? I have just created the password and have not forgotten it.

      A very poor system.

      But i havn't used it at all and only paid for it yesterday? Why on earth is this not refundable? this is not at all fair.....

      Hi,

      Wix premiums have a 14 day trial period however Google Apps email services do not as we are a reseller of this product.

      We purchased this service from Google on your behalf, and unfortunately there is no option to refund.

      To cancel your email account subscription please follow these steps:

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. Under My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. From Billing and Payment, next to your email account subscription, click Manage.
      5. Next to Next payment, click Cancel.
      6. Follow the steps in the pop-up that opens.

      Your email account subscription is cancelled.

    Hi, I purchased a mailbox through Wix.  However, I already set up username and password when i purchased and the mailbox summary shows my information.  I clicked manage-->go to my email box.  It asked me username and password.  I thought i set up username is contact@kamiskollection but couldn't log in.  Also, i went to Google control panel and didn't help me to reset it.   Can you please help me?  I really need to figure out this.  Thanks!

      To reset the password of a mailbox user (For example contact@kamiskollection.com's):

      1. From Wix.com, click My Account.
      2. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Mail Boxes.
      3. From the Mail Boxes tab, next to the relevant domain name, under Mail Options, click Manage.
      4. From Mail Boxes Summary, under Options, click Go to Google control panel and sign into your administrator account.
      5. Click Users.
      6. Click a user to reset the user's password.
      7. From the top right menu, click the first icon on the left to reset that user's password.

      Thanks for your reply. However, I tried to follow your steps before but it's still not working. When I went to Google control panel and ask me the email address and password.  How do i know my admin email address and password?  I tried to use the username and password log in to Wix account.  It's not working.  I tried to use other username and password which i thought it was created for google apps email account.  It's still not working.  Can you look into my account?  Is there anyway i can get my refund back since it's so complicated to use it?  I don't want to use google apps email here anymore.  I paid almost $50 and didn't get to use the email.  Please refund me back.  Thanks!

      If you forgot your Google Apps admin username or password, click here for the Google Apps login troubleshooter.

       

      Note that we can't refund mailboxes - however, don't worry - we will do all we can to get your mailbox up and running. Let me know if you have an issue with the troubleshooter.

    I can't pay for my google email there is no way to pay. it says that account canceled but i can not by the same one. accout canceled but not deleted.
