I have 2 email boxes one is info@ but I dont know the other one..... can you please advice my other email address so I can start using as I have not used since purchase.

I tried several times to cancel my 2 email accounta as no longer needed. I also sent an email to the support team which was unanswered. Wix has no complaint procedure that I am aware. When click onto the email account and go to " cancel payments" a window opens up and there is a box to tick. Once I tick this box there is nowhere to confirm cancellation or click ok for the cancellation to take place.
I spent far to long on this now. I need you to cancel both my accounts and respond to this thread in a private support email.
A very dissatisfied WIX customer.

I feel that the email function is misrepresented and inaccurate so I would like a refund. Specifically, the description on WIX stated that I could "Get a Personalized Email Address -- Boost your brand & complete your professional online presence" and says "For example: firstname.lastname@example.org; email@example.com
firstname.lastname@example.org" However, when I send an email using Google Apps Email, what people actually see is MY NAME. If I wanted to send them an email in my own name, I could have used my existing email account -- I would not have spent $50 for a so-called "personalized email address". I am just a volunteer webmaster, I do not want my name to show as the sender on emails-- I want the address I purchased to be what people see in their inbox. I purchased "email@example.com" and that's what I want people to see in their inbox.

I just signed up for email accounts within the past 10 minutes. My IT guy has got it figured out with WhoIs and I don't need these two accounts now. Can they be cancelled without any loss of connectivity?

I cancelled my Premium account since I don't need the homepage anymore. I also bought a mailbox through you - the mailadress I use is: firstname.lastname@example.org. I also want to cancel the mailbox I bought from you/wix but I don't want to loose my emails and still want to use the mailadress, so my question is - can I transfer it to a gmail account without loosing data? And how?

I canceled my email account and it has past the renewal date. The account is still active and I am able to send and receive. I was under the impression that the account would be deleted and everything would be gone. Can you please confirm when the account will be deleted?

I had 3 mailboxes and my email is paid monthly and they are expired. I cancelled the other 2 employee accounts and only have one active on Google adminstration. Generated active number. Now, on Wix side, it is still asking me paying 3 email accounts.
I have emailed Wix to about this and it is not fixed yet.
Someone from Wix please fix it ASAP?! It is supposes just have 1 active email account, not 3.

Hi. Dana does that mean it is possible to cancel just one of the mail boxes. I have asked the same question and Leah said that I had to cancel both and then reapply when the email address had expired which is ridiculous and not what it says when you set it up - box on item 2 of Setting Up Your Google Apps Email Account it says 'note you can add or delete addresses later' of the setting up google apps one of the boxes http://www.wix.com/support/main/html5/domains-email/purchasing-and-setting-google-apps-emails#Setting+Up+Your+Google+Apps+Email+Account
