Yes but please note: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.

    Hi....

    I have 2 email boxes one is info@ but I dont know the other one..... can you please advice my other email address so I can start using as I have not used since purchase.

      Hey,

       

      Please note that you've only set up one of the mailboxes you purchased. 

      To set up your additional mailbox please follow these steps:

      1. From Wix.com, click "My Account".
      2. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click "Mail Boxes".
      3. From the Mail Boxes tab, next to the relevant domain name, under Mail Options, click "Manage".
      4. From Mail Boxes Summary, under Options, click "Go to Google control panel" and sign into your account.
      5. From the Google control panel, click "Users".
      6. From Users, click the "add user" icon to create a new user.

      You will be able to set up your new mailboxes directly from this section of Google's Control Panel.

    Good Evening,

    I tried several times to cancel my 2 email accounta as no longer needed. I also sent an email to the support team which was unanswered. Wix has no complaint procedure that I am aware. When click onto the email account and go to " cancel payments" a window opens up and there is a box to tick. Once I tick this box there is nowhere to confirm cancellation or click ok for the cancellation to take place.

    I spent far to long on this now. I need you to cancel both my accounts and respond to this thread in a private support email.

    A very dissatisfied WIX customer.

      Hi,

      If you have more than one email address associated with your domain name, please note that it is not possible to cancel any of these mailboxes without cancelling your Google Apps account. When you cancel your email subscription, all of the mailboxes associated with your domain name will be cancelled.

      Important: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.

      To cancel your mailbox subscription, please follow the instructions here.

      If you are cancelling a yearly plan, please remember that the renewal payment will be attempted one month before the anniversary of your purchase. You will need to cancel before this in order to prevent the auto-renewal payment.

    I feel that the email function is misrepresented and inaccurate so I would like a refund.  Specifically, the description on WIX stated that I could "Get a Personalized Email Address -- Boost your brand & complete your professional online presence" and says "For example: name@mydomain.com; info@mydomain.com
    contact@mydomain.com"  However, when I send an email using Google Apps Email, what people actually see is MY NAME.  If I wanted to send them an email in my own name, I could have used my existing email account -- I would not have spent $50 for a so-called "personalized email address".  I am just a volunteer webmaster, I do not want my name to show as the sender on emails-- I want the address I purchased to be what people see in their inbox.  I purchased "classreunion@pchs65.net" and that's what I want people to see in their inbox.

      Please also note - Changing your display name or your user name is done through Google Apps admin console. Please be aware that these changes can affect your emails. Read carefully when altering the information.

    Email Question

    I didn't realise I was buying in to Google mail.  I need exchange mail.  Can you please cancel my email subscription and refund the charge.  Thanks.

    I order 4 e-mail boxes ,  but I found that I need 1 or 2.

    I cancelled all , how to renew only 1 or 2?

    I just signed up for email accounts within the past 10 minutes.  My IT guy has got it figured out with WhoIs and I don't need these two accounts now. Can they be cancelled without any loss of connectivity?

      The emails were never set up with Google (actually I was part way through the verification process.) But it was never verified.

    Hi Wix,

    I cancelled my Premium account since I don't need the homepage anymore. I also bought a mailbox through you - the mailadress I use is: info@christianpasgaard.dk. I also want to cancel the mailbox I bought from you/wix but I don't want to loose my emails and still want to use the mailadress, so my question is - can I transfer it to a gmail account without loosing data? And how?

      If you cancel your account all the information will be missed. Please, contact Google directly to check this option before cancelling your mailbox.

    Hi Support,

    I canceled my email account and it has past the renewal date. The account is still active and I am able to send and receive. I was under the impression that the account would be deleted and everything would be gone. Can you please confirm when the account will be deleted?

    I had 3 mailboxes and my email is paid monthly and they are expired.  I cancelled the other 2 employee accounts and only have one active on Google adminstration.  Generated active number.  Now, on Wix side, it is still asking me paying 3 email accounts.  

    I have emailed Wix to about this and it is not fixed yet.  

    Someone from Wix please fix it ASAP?!   It is supposes just have 1 active email account, not 3.

    Hi. Dana does that mean it is possible to cancel just one of the mail boxes. I have asked the same question and Leah said that I had to cancel both and then reapply when the email address had expired which is ridiculous and not what it says when you set it up - box on item 2 of Setting Up Your Google Apps Email Account it says 'note you can add or delete addresses later'  of the setting up google apps one of the boxes http://www.wix.com/support/main/html5/domains-email/purchasing-and-setting-google-apps-emails#Setting+Up+Your+Google+Apps+Email+Account
