2. If you are connected via Name Servers- Please ask your domain hosting company for the MX records and insert them here .
3. If you have purchased personalized emails from Wix, please follow the instructions here.

    Good morning,

    Gmail account is saying wrong password all the time even when i change it ??  Tried it on 2 different computers.

    Please help as i need to receive an answer to a question i asked WIX.

      To reset the password of a mailbox user: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage.

      Click Google Control Panel Settings > enter your Username and Password > click Users  > select the relevant user > from the top right menu, click the first icon on the left to reset that user's password.

    I have bought the email from you, and I cannot send emails.What it shows when I try to send email:

    Technical details of permanent failure:
    Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain yahoo.co.uk by mx-eu.mail.am0.yahoodns.net. [].

    The error that the other server returned was:
    554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons.  Please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/errors/postmaster-27.html [120]

    Please help me.

      I just checked your email subscription and I can see that your mail box is active and working. 


      Do your experience problems sending letters to one particular email or all of them.


      The message says that the problem is on the recipient's domain side, so I would suggest that there is something wrong with the email you are sending letters to.

    Put correct MX records in, and my email still doesn't work

    So, why can't I get my email working properly?

      I have checked your account and on our end it seems like the records are properly set. However, I recommend you follow the steps in the Best Reply above and if needed also contact your domain host and ask them to provide you with the MX records and A records for your domain.


      Please note that it may take up to 72 hours the DNS connection process to fully propagate throughout the systems.

    Hi I built a website with wix and went premium with it and published. I pointed it to my wn host. Since then I can not receive my emails with my email accounts provided by the host company. I sent an email to the host company saying they should  remove the MX records that are pointing to Wix. And this is the reply I have received :

    How long ago did you move the name servers over? It can take 16 hours to 2 days to complete the propagation. I did notice that it looks like the MX records are pointing towards our servers, so it should be working if the name server propagation is complete and the new name servers are set up correctly for the mail to be handled remotely.

    Please Help. My customers can not reach me. :(

    Good Day,

    I have tried to fill in the MX records as per the details I received from my provider but not sure if I have done this correctly.

    My Wix account is : www.icandee.co.za   and I am trying to get my email working

    Email: info@icandee.co.za & debbie@icandee.co.za

    This is what I was given from my provider:

    Please be sure to create the following DNS entries on WIX's control panel:
    MX Record:
    Host: @ or icandee.co.za
    Type: MX
    Priority: 10
    Value: mx1.tld-mx.com

    A record:
    Host: mail.icandee.co.za
    Type: A

    Please could you check if I have set it up correctly or if not, could you please make the relevant changes required for me.

      I would just like to double check:

      I have not filled anything in for "A Record", is this not necessary?

      And have only used one MX record ?

      Please note I added the A record for you.

      Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the records to propagate.

      After the records propagate, the email should work correctly,

    I have transferred all my email services to Wix after setting up a website and premium account and now i keep getting my emails bouncing back. Some go through but alot are bouncing back with error messages . My domain is nurturemusic.co.uk and mail is mail.nurturemusic.co.uk. Please help me to resolve this problem. Ive uploaded a page of the sort of messages im receiving

    I have my own email provider and I would like to connect my personalized email to my wix site. I have all the info but I am unsure how to change the MX records so that it points to my email provide to allow me to receive mail.

      Please follow these instructions and let us know in case you need help.


      As a general rule, you change the MX records via My Account > Domains > manage > change (under MX records) > pick one from the list or pick "others", then insert the records you have received from your domain host.

    Please help. I'm building a site for my uncle's business and Wix will not allow me to use his current email address on the 'contact form'. Could this be because his current  email  is attached with another provider? Thanks for the help!

      I Changed the e-mail to info@fontainebrake.com and saved the changes.


      Please make sure, the address is spelled correctly and publish the changes.

    I have transferred our domain to Wix and Wix is now hosting our domain, as well.  The domain is connected but our email is not working.  I was told that it would transfer over, along with the domain.  It is/was through Just Host.  HELP PLEASE.

    I want to use my own personal Gmail address for the contact form and it's already set up just as it is supposed to be but it doesn't work. This always pops up when I try to use it: "Owner email address not set"

    How can I fix this?

      it seems that your contact form e-mail field is empty. Please click on the contact form > settings ?> there you will find the option to add your e-mail address.

      just please make sure to hit the save button when you're done

      my email is there and has always been there and it still doesn't work. again, this is my personal gmail address; not one that i purchased through wix. don't know if that has anything to do with it
