1. If your domain is pointed to Wix by IP- Please contact your domain hosting company and ask them to remove the MX records that point to Wix.
2. If you are connected via Name Servers- Please ask your domain hosting company for the MX records and insert them here .
3. If you have purchased personalized emails from Wix, please follow the instructions here.

    My website barnstormleathers.com is connected by pointing, and my email info@barnstormleathers.com is supposed to forward to another email (barnstorm@sympatico.ca) but it doesn't work. Is the problem here with Wix or should I contact my domain host?

      Please note that anything related to your email settings should be checked with your email provider, as Wix is not your email provider.

      If your email provider answer and ask us to take any action on our end please forward us their full reply and we will be happy to assist.

    I am a little confused. I had put in the email address i thought i had been using for my website www.darilyncastillo.com


    I see the email i thought i had is not working when i log in.


    Can someone help me find out which email infact i actually used.

      I think i might have two accounts and forgot  my information for my other one to get into Darilyncastillo.com.



      Can someone help me and tell me what email log in is used for that. I believe i know the password information.

    Moving domain - tourbles with G-mail


    We have created a new company homepage and wish to move our domain over to Wix. When trying to do so we followed all the steps correctly and our new webside did seem to work. However our entire company e-mail went down. We use g-mail, and somehow we could not receive e-mails internally or externally after setting up the homepage. When we took it down and went back to the old version again everything in the mail started working again.

    Since setting up our site on WIX - freshfrontier.com.au my I have been having problems with our email hosted exchange (Crazy Domains), emails sent to Jason@freshfrontier.com.au including replies to emails sent from this address are not coming through with senders getting error messages which include delivery delayed and "bad destination Multiple DNS queries were attempted failed DSN soft error looking up mail.freshfrontier.com.au (AAAA) while asking recursive _nameserver1.parent, error was unable to reach nameserver on any valid IP.

    any help would be appreciated - I have contact crazy domains and they claim all the settings on email look correct.

    for the last two weeks, I cannot send out any emails from my I phone.  It keeps saying " rejected by server"

     my domain is pointed to Wix by IP- and you are my domain hosting company - it worked before!

      Can you please elaborate on the issue- Are you able to send emails directly from the email host on a PC?

    Hello Wix Support,

    I have configured my email with google apps and can send and receive mails from the gmail link. But I have not been able to send mails from the contact page on the website (www.forfaitaire.com). it keep reporting "Owner email address not set". Need your kind assistance on this.

    I have recently created a new website www.chocolatebeigedeigns.com.au with you and yesterday published it live. I thought I had completed all of the necessary instructions to connect my email address which I have decided to leave with my old host and yesterday afternoon and this morning it was working perfectly and for some reason since about 2:00pm Australian time this afternoon my emails have stooped working. Below is all of the information which my email host provided to ensure that my emails continued to work.

    A Record:  mail.chocolatebeigedesigns.com.au
    A Record:  smtp. chocolatebeigedesigns.com.au
    A Record:  pop. chocolatebeigedesigns.com.au
    MX Record:       chocolatebeigedesigns.com.au
    If you could please look into it for me asap, that would be fantastic.

      Please note that domain and mail records may take up to 72 hours to propagate.

      During this time you may experience inconsistent behavior: at times your email might work and on other times, it may be down. Please wait for it to stabilize (after 72 hours) and let us know if the problem persists.

    I am trying to setup a new email address fabienne@domb-art.ch but get the message:

    The domain is not connected yet, please allow more time or click on Check Connection to get more details

    I did switch DNS though on the main registrar to point to the wix name server.

      I can see you recently connected your domain. Please note that after such a change, the domain is going into a propagation state. This means it might take up to 72 hours for the domain to be properly connected.

      Please allow this period of time to pass. Should the problem persist after 72hrs, please let us know.

    Good morning,

    Gmail account is saying wrong password all the time even when i change it ??  Tried it on 2 different computers.

    Please help as i need to receive an answer to a question i asked WIX.

      To reset the password of a mailbox user: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage.

      Click Google Control Panel Settings > enter your Username and Password > click Users  > select the relevant user > from the top right menu, click the first icon on the left to reset that user's password.
