My emails stop working on wix since yesterday. Also I can't access on mail.hype.hr:2082/ and change my passwords and settings (like cpanel). None of the previous settings I have not changed in WIX or my Mail (on Mac).
I can sand message but I can't recive it. Only massage I get from Mail is:
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “xxx” or try again.
The server returned the error: The connection to the server “mail.hype.hr” on port 995 timed out.

Hi I have just noticed an email that should have come through to my Hotmail account 15 days ago and I have not received this! I have only noticed it because I have logged onto the site to make some changes on my website. This is not good enough when I am paying for this service and my business is suffering by making me look bad by not responding to a client! please look into the problem

Last week, I directed my name server to WiX.com and now clients are sending me emails and I receive some but not all. What's the problem? I'm concerned.

Email just stopped working, i have contacted the domain company and they said i am connected by name servers but they dont give me the WX number, that it should come from wix as i have everything with wix. I am not to savvy with this kins of stuff and cannot figure out what is going on.
Can anyone help please.

I do not expect to see email@example.com when contact form is used on my website. I already purchased a personalized email account and had set the right reference on the form.
Also under My Account>>Mail setting, I will like to see the purchased email address. I could only see a link, not the chosen name of the email e.g to show firstname.lastname@example.org when I click manage. That way, I can be rest assured that my email address is not via a proxy.
Can these be changed? Do the user have these control over their email setting? At least, I thought it is personalized. Thank you.

I purchased an Email and when I go to set it up the drop down box to select my domain is empty. It says go to my account and add the domain but it's already added. My website is published and connected to WIX. WHy is my Domain not appearing in the drop down box?
