1. If your domain is pointed to Wix by IP- Please contact your domain hosting company and ask them to remove the MX records that point to Wix.
2. If you are connected via Name Servers- Please ask your domain hosting company for the MX records and insert them here .
3. If you have purchased personalized emails from Wix, please follow the instructions here.

    Hi,

    My emails stop working on wix since yesterday. Also I can't access on mail.hype.hr:2082/ and change my passwords and settings (like cpanel). None of the previous settings I have not changed in WIX or my Mail (on Mac).
    I can sand message but I can't recive it. Only massage I get from Mail is:

    There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “xxx” or try again.

    The server returned the error: The connection to the server “mail.hype.hr” on port 995 timed out.

    Please HELP!

      I checked your domain email records and they appear to be set up correctly. Please note that no changes were made on our end. 

      I recommend that you contact your email host to check the issue with them.

    Hi I have just noticed an email that should have come through to my Hotmail account 15 days ago and I have not received this!  I have only noticed it because I have logged onto the site to make some changes on my website.  This is not good enough when I am paying for this service and my business is suffering by making me look bad by not responding to a client! please look into the problem

    Last week, I directed my name server to WiX.com and now clients are sending me emails and I receive some but not all. What's the problem? I'm concerned.

      Please note your MX records are set to "epsilon.srv2.com". Please contact your email hosting company and verify with them this is the correct record. If they require any modifications from our end, please let us know.

    Email just stopped working, i have contacted the domain company and they said i am connected by name servers but they dont give me the WX number, that it should come from wix as i have everything with wix.  I am not to savvy with this kins of stuff and cannot figure out what is going on.

     

    Can anyone help please.

      Hi,

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you added an MX records to your email settings.

      Your domain is pointing to Wix name servers, this means you will need to connect your email by adding email records to your Wix account.

      Please contact you email host and ask them what additional email records should be added in order to be able to connect your professional email to Wix.

      Your domain missive.com.au is currently hosted at Domain Registration Services (DomainREG), according to this who.is report.

       

      We have no way to retrieve the MX records for you. Please contact your host and ask for the full domain record list.

      Hi, 

       

      If you purchased a Google Apps email through Wix, you can easy access and manage it from within your Wix account.

       

      To access your mailbox: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage.

      On the Mailbox Summary page, under Manage Settings, click Google Control Panel Settings > select an existing account or click Add account to add a new one.

       

      Note: If you already have a Google Apps account or a Gmail account, you may be asked, by default, to log in to that account. If this is not the correct account: click on Sign in with a different account > click Add Account > enter your full admin username- user@domain.com.
      You can find detailed instructions here.

       

      You can also sign into your mailbox directly through Gmail.com. Simply enter your entire Google Apps email address, including @mydomain.com, and your password.

    I do not expect to see no-reply@parastorage.com when contact form is used on my website. I already purchased a personalized email account and had set the right reference on the form.

    Also under My Account>>Mail setting, I will like to see the purchased email address. I could only see a link, not the chosen name of the email e.g to show me@hivitronix.com when I click manage. That way, I can be rest assured that my email address is not via a proxy.

    Can these be changed? Do the user have these control over their email setting? At least, I thought it is personalized. Thank you.

      no-reply@parastorage.com is the email server being used when an email is send via the contact form. When you hit reply the email will be sent to the original recipient.

    I purchased an Email and when I go to set it up the drop down box to select my domain is empty. It says go to my account and add the domain but it's already added. My website is published and connected to WIX. WHy is my Domain not appearing in the drop down box?

      You can now purchase personalized emails from Google Apps directly from Wix!

      Please note that this feature is not yet available for all users- If your domain is connected to Wix via Pointing then you will not be able to purchase a Mailbox for it. To learn how to connect your domain to Wix using the DNS method click here
