Creating jumplinks

How can I create jumplinks using the html add-on? I tried attempting this, but it didn't work.
I want the link of an image to jump to a specific section of another page.

Unfortunately it will not be added soon, we are aware of the need for it and it is on the list of features for development, however it will not be immediate as Wix has many features to develop and prioritizing is a necessity.

Unfortunately an html add-on box cannot re-direct to a different portion of a page on the same site, for that a Wix feature is required and we do not yet have such a feature.
