    how do I deactive the menu from linking to a page

    Hi, I am building my website but I can't fix my page menu, i just want them to get directed to the subpages. not the page listed on the menu because there is nothing to show, all the content must go on the subpages.

    how do I fix this?

    As I promised I have left Wix and moved my business else where. I tried to delete my page but Wix won't let me for some reason. But I have disconnected my domain and stopped payments. I found a site that has everything I need and my website has never looked more professional. I'm very happy with my choice. If Wix will not provide you with what you need for your site, I suggest looking elsewhere as I did. I would understand if this issue was just a few months old, but it has been well over a year and my patience has run thin. As many people have stated, this is a very BASIC feature and we've been given BS so far as to why it has not been added yet. I've had enough. I can not wait until I can shut down my page completely and stop getting these notifications.

    How do I make the topic of menu a roll-over but not a page?

    When rolling over the Menu buttons with the cursor, my sub-menus drop down, but the menus also take me to a page. Is there a way to make the main menu topic not link to a page, but only bring a drop-down menu which then links to pages? I am afraid that clients will only click the drop-down links, and miss a page by not clicking on the header menu link.

    Not sure why people feel so compelled to stick with Wix when they do not have the features that you need to build a professional looking site.  They obviously do not consider this a very high priority or it would have been done years ago.  Perhaps if enough people leave and they bothers to figure out why then they might focus of things like this and try to save their business from being a has been.

      Thanks for your input. I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. We believe we have a great product. We are trying to be as considerate as possible to our customers' needs and requests. New features and improvements are being launched all the time.


      Obviously, priority is given first to the features which are most requested, and to other matters that require our developers' attention, so in this area of our work there's definitely more than meets the eye.

    I agree, this problem needs to be fixed immediately. I've been waiting for about a year now. Come on, Wix, fix it--please.

    IT'S GOTTA BE FIXED! It's a make or break for a professional website. Please address it as soon as possible.

    I agree with the above posts suggesting this is an issue that wix should rectify immediately, It's a basic website function that all other website builders certainly incorporate, and it's sort of of inexcusable that it's been requested for 2 years and not fixed yet. To everybody that's replied about and requested that this issue be fixed, let's bombard them and see if they do anything. If it needs to be one of the "most requested" fixes, let's make it one.
