It isn't possible to add a scroll bar to a paragraph for two reasons:

1. It isn't advised in modern web design.
2. It will not work good on touch devices, ie. iPad, iPhone. You should have only one scroll bar in your website, and it should be the site scroll-bar without inner-scrolls.

Please note that you can try to add a scroll bar by adding CSS to the HTML code. A tutorial is available at w3schools here
Also note that we cannot provide support for custom code that you are embedding into your website.

I was wondering if i can make a text window with the scroll function. I have to integrate some text boxes, but i have a lot of information so i need a scrolling function to the text boxes. Is this possible on Wix?

I have a personal site on WIX that has scroll bars for paragraphs.  Now that I'm trying to use it for my non-profit org., I can't get scroll bars for paragraphs.  I realize it's not optimal for tablets and phones, but people DO still use computers, and sometimes that internal scroll bar is just the ticket.  For instance, I want to put profiles of my key staff, but I don't want people to have to scroll all the way down the page to find everyone.  I would like to have internal scroll bars for the staff bios... especially since there's no way to do internal pop-ups in WIX either.  It's problematic.

I could really do with this feature to display a few updates without having a long page. I would need pictures to scroll with the text to so I guess its gonna have to be a long page.

The link you included is to a thread for users with Flash sites, and I see that you are building an HTML5 site.

The sites were probably Flash websites, not html5. The editor and site are very different in html5 from the older Flash editor and it's websites.
